This is my first time going to this location because my friend told me that there are cute Trader Joe's tote bags available there (limited quantities). They sold out fast at other locations, so I decided to try this location. It's a bit further from where I live. I arrived there at around 8:20 a.m. this morning (they open at 8 a.m.), and I already saw a line outside. There were no parking spaces at the parking lot, but there's a parking structure and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The line moved surprisingly quite fast, and I got lucky to pick my favorite color of the tote bags. (limit 2 per customer) Then I got some boba mochi, macarons, celebration cake pretzels, bimbap and Shrimp & Scampi, etc. The store was not that big inside compared to the other Trader Joe's. Checkout was fast and the staff was friendly.

2/9/25 Greatly appreciate Trader Joe's for NOT PRICE GOUGING & capitalizing on this issue, $3.49/doz large eggs. I'm a fan & supporter. Superbowl Super Sunday 2025, It's crazy here but they're ON IT. Full swing with all the registers open, staff slinging it, looking serious but friendly & efficient (he flashed me a smile on the way out at the check stand) It's nice & clean, organized, well stocked. Aisles are just as great. Parking is a bit limited since it's shared with other businesses (same plaza near Buca di Bepo). Overall my new favorite because they stand for not taking advantage of their customers while many others have. Trader Joe's ROCKS!! SHOP HERE& support them! Yeah!

Listen, I've been a Trader Joe's fan for years. It's that magical place where you can feel fancy without your wallet crying. You walk in for "just a few things" and leave with a cart full of snacks you never knew you needed. Take, for example, my annual holiday pilgrimage to grab those Harry & David pears. They're my absolute favorite, but guess what? I don't have to sell a kidney to afford them here. And let's talk about winter--Sumo oranges? Absolute perfection. Every season, there's something new and exciting to discover. My mom, a true connoisseur of all things carb-loaded, has never met a baked good she didn't love. She's obsessed with the Kringle, and honestly, I can't blame her. It's basically a pastry hug. Oh, and pro tip: Instead of paying for extra luggage on a flight, I just hit up TJ's when I land and grab my liquid essentials--shampoo, conditioner, maybe even some unexpected treats (because self-care includes snacks). If you're not shopping at Trader Joe's, are you even living?

Employee standing where the food is!

I went to Trader Joe's tonight after class and saw a young lady (pink hair) standing on the refrigerated area, with her filthy shoes on! I have addressed this before with the Trader Joe's in Rancho Cucamonga and they got step stools for their employees. Standing in that area where there is food is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY !!!!!! The amount of germs, dirt, bacteria etc on the bottoms of our shoes is unimaginably, Trader Joe's claims to sale organic , health foods but how so, if the employees practices are UNSANITARY!!!!!

Most recently I was introduced to Ube Mochi Pancake and Waffle Mix by a few Y* friend's. They said it's very good and it's seasonal during spring time. Thank you my Y* friends! Well, it's spring time right now so I better get hunting it down LOL. I had just visited the Botanic Garden and as I was just pulling out onto Foothill Blvd I said to myself, there's a Trader Joe's (TJ) just a block away. I was on my way here... I have been to this TJ on a few occasions. I had already did a review without photos though so I thought I do an updated review with some photos. Upon entry, Ube Mochi was right at the entrance staring at my face. I didn't even have to look for it. It found me LOL. To my surprise, it was a very tiny box and I mean tiny. I guess great things or foods don't necessarily have to be big to be good LOL. I'll have to confirm that once I make myself some ube mochi pancake or waffle soon. Anyway, I ended up with 4 boxes to make up for its size LOL. I walked around and picked up a few other things. I do love TJ! They just have the most interesting foods... great finds to say the least. One day, I'll have to walk through every aisle, touch every item, and just read about them. Anyway, I thought about figs and asked a TJ staff member if they had anything fig related LOL. He was kind enough to walk me over to the dry fruits section and introduced me to Organic Turkish Dried Figs. He asked me if I wanted to try them. I said sure so he goes to the back to change his gloves as his current gloves were dirty at the time. Thank you sir for being cleanliness minded! He came back to cut open a bag of the figs. I said what if I don't like them. He said no worries... he'll just share them with the staff and he did. Wow, that is amazing customer service and believing in their products! Thank you again sir for the trial of figs and wonderful service! And I bought two bags of the figs! They are indeed dried, very tasty, and turkish... they are a product of Turkey LOL. Yes, I am SOLD! Go get yourself a bag or two if you like figs! Shopping at TJ is always fun and intriguing because you never know what great finds you'll bump into. Don't be afraid to ask if they have something or not. They probably have something for you. And prices are amazingly reasonable... don't know how they do it, but they do. Thank you so much TJ for the exceptional foods, amazing prices, and world class above and beyond service always. Happy Shopping at TJ!!

On my way home from Lucky's Coffee, I needed to stop at Trader Joe's and stumbled upon this location just a block away. It's a well-maintained and clean store! Like most Trader Joe's, it was busy, but the layout felt more spacious, so it didn't seem as crowded. I quickly found what I needed, and with all the cash registers open, checkout was fast and efficient. The staff, as always, were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at this Trader Joe's.

Is not my regular place, but just like the one in San Dimas very clean and huge variety of fresh flowers . They could use more selection of cheeses. People courteous and willing to help you.

The best food prices of any of the other food chains. When other supermarkets were charging $10 to $15 for a dozen eggs. TJ's charged $4.49.

I was driving past the TJ's in Claremont this morning, March 24, around 7:45, and saw a hugh line almost all the way around the store. Anyone know what was going on?

First off, I know traversing a new store to me can be an adventure-so I look forward to it. I must admit, though that my first impression is that the sense of organization to the way that things are placed around the store is a bit unorganized. It makes sense to me that all dairy product should be at least within adjacent places to each other in a store. It took me a while, looking for cream cheese. I've had to ask a staff at least three times looking for items. One staff, Colleen, stopped and asked if I needed help because we must've passed each other at least 2-3 times as I was going up & down the aisles looking for items. She said "you've taken pictures "all over MY store..." I informed her that it's my first time at this store & I'm also "Yelping". She then proceeded to explain that it's been newly renovated & gave me a handout to help me navigate the store. Although she may have intended to help me, I couldn't help but think that I may made her nervous when I was taking photos. No harm, no foul, but it made me feel less welcome rather than feeling accommodated. It takes time for me to get acclimated to a new store & first impressions are important. Needless to say, her interaction with me was not altogether comforting. With all things considered, items, aisles not being very cohesive in their placement but still organized & labeled accordingly, store is clean....it's still a great market. If I could give it 3.5, I would, because I place prime importance on customer service. I was excited to explore this market until the manager made me feel intrusive at "her store". Perhaps it was not her intention but I really felt like I was not welcome in her store. It took me a while to complete this review to allow a bit of time to pass but my gut still feels the same to this day.

I rolled in this weekend, hyped for my ritual football pizza haul--custom-loaded beauties exactly how I like 'em, with that killer garlic sauce and maybe a cult-classic Hawaiian for good measure. What do I get? Mild shock? Try full-blown betrayal. The entire pizza section? Demolished. Custom orders? Gone. Those awesome grinder sandwiches? Vanished like they never existed. Now it's just sad, pre-made frozen hockey pucks thawed out by two employees whose thrilling job is... pulling boxes from the freezer and slapping 'em in the oven. No unbaked take-home option anymore--because why give customers choices when you can force-feed us mediocrity? Zero customization, zero flavor, toppings so mysterious I couldn't tell if it was pepperoni or cardboard. And that excellent garlic sauce? Axed. Hawaiian? Eradicated, like it personally offended the boardroom. This tastes like the kind of "pizza" you'd approve in a shiny office meeting while ignoring every employee and customer screaming otherwise. You didn't ask us what we wanted--you McDonald 's-ified one of the last true gems in your stores. Shame on you, WinCo execs. You've turned a great deal into a total waste of money and time. I'll be taking my football feasts (and the rest of my grocery budget) elsewhere. Enjoy those cost savings while your deli slowly dies. What a wild, terrible, customer-hating change. Do better--or at least pretend to listen.
