I decided to rent a space here since the reviews were good. But one I thing I didn't expect was the amazing customer service. First off, Eva waited for us til we arrived which was past closing. I would have thought that we'd be rushing through the process but she did a phenomenal job getting us through the paperwork and providing detailed instructions on how to use the facility. She took her time ensuring that we were highly accommodated. After we were done with our "orientation" we started unloading our stuff. Eva went out of her way to find us carts to help us move our stuff. I wasn't expecting that since it was already past closing. I would highly recommend this facility. This is my first time renting a unit for storage and after my initial visit, I felt confident that I chose the right storage facility. Although it is much farther from where I would have wanted to rent, this was definitely worth the trip with top notch service! Thanks Eva for being so awesome! read more

Came to Amazing Spaces - not to store anything, but to recycle and purge old electronics from my house. Did not even realize that this Amazing Spaces offered this service until I got a tip from a friend. What a find! I've got more old electronics than I'd like to admit, so I packed up a few in my little trunk and ventured over here to see if it was for real. Oh yeah! You need to walk inside and ask them to open up the gate for you. They're extremely accommodating, as the lady that was working there got in her little cart and drove over to the designated unit to guide me where to go (it's very easy to find). When I was finished, she opened up the opposite gate for me to leave for an easy exit. They've got an entire unit filled with huge boxes where you can drop in or drop off any unwanted electronic pieces: analog televisions, VCRs, phones, printers, copiers - you name it, they'll take it here. Sweet! Since some of these items are difficult to dispose of (garbage collectors will not pick up old TVs), this is a godsend for those of us looking to discard these obsolete items. I was told that they'll be picked apart for any usable metals and components, so at least I know they're not going straight into a landfill. So glad Amazing Spaces offers this to everyone. EDIT: Shortly after posting this review, I received a message from Jeremy, the business owner of Amazing Spaces. Part of his message included: "We love being able to provide this free recycling service to our communities. We are proud to fully donate this amenity to our neighborhoods; we do not receive compensation for the space provided or the electronics donated. Together, we've helped eliminate over 404,000 pounds of electronic waste in the Houston area." Because of this clarification, I'm upping my rating to 5 stars. Any business that donates space and provides a community service (particularly recycling) for free is hands-down a 5-star business in my book. Good job, Amazing Spaces. read more

Let's just say that the spring/louetta location has gone downhill since the switched managers and staff. The maintenance is also lacking also. Have the time the bathroom light doesn't work. Seeing a lot of rodents as well. Management all the way up at senior level blows you off. Not customer friendly or focused at all. Definitely not the amazing we fell in love with when we first moved in. Two units find a better place leave now. read more

Don't think there is any better way to run a business, not only is the staff freaking amazing and have such great attitudes ( especially Taylor and Eva) but the amenities they offer is nuts! We've had other units with different companies but the gated entrance and cameras were an added comfort. The staff was always very pleasant and personable. My unit was burglarized and all of my belongings (with the exception of one small box) were stolen. This apparently occurred in April 2016. I didn't find out about it until 3 weeks ago. They apparently had no knowledge that a burglary had even taken place despite the fact that, according to their own records, an alarm had been triggered when the unit door was pried open. The only reason I found out about it is because I visited the facility on June 5. I would've visited much more frequently if I still lived in Texas but I do not, and due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to empty my unit and move my stuff out when I left Texas. I never received a phone call, an email, a notice in the mail, nothing. For 14 months I continued to pay the rent on my unit believing everything I had in my unit was still inside and secure. I had been given no reason to believe otherwise because no one ever bothered to let me know my unit had been broken into. Now there's nothing I can do but eat the loss. I don't recommend renting anything from these people. They act like they're your friend when you talk to them face to face. In reality they couldn't care less about anything but your money. Nothing can replace what was lost, but these bastards couldn't care less. I hope you're happy with yourselves. To me you're no better than the thieves. I would like nothing more than to see this entire storage chain go completely out of business, but we all know that won't happen. Today you had the audacity to send me an email stating the following: "We are extremely grateful you selected Amazing Spaces as your storage property of choice. It was our pleasure keeping your items secure. Per our records, you have moved out of space(s) 3278 on June 23, 2017 . We are very thankful for the time we had together. We truly appreciate your business and hope to see you the next time you need storage, moving supplies, or truck rentals." This email proves you are the lowest forms of scum on the planet. I'm not even sure you're human at this point. Go fuck yourselves and have a nice life....because mine would've been a lot nicer if none of you had ever been a part of it. PS. I actually moved out on June 5. I removed the one box that the thieves did not take and left the premises without bothering to notify anyone in the office that I was moving out. None of you had the decency to let me know my unit had been burglarized and almost everything in it had been stolen. Not only that, but you continued to accept my rent payments for 14 months after the burglary had taken place, another loss I'll have to eat because I don't have any other options. I reported the burglary and the theft on June 5 and it still took you idiots 18 days to figure out I had left. Unbelievable. Go play in traffic. read more
