The non member prices are very inflated and the member price is about 10 dlls more than the average studios. If your new to lashes you will like this studio. But if your an experienced lash girl you will not be be happy. The technicians are not very experienced and they work very slowly. They work on each eye instead of alternating between eyes per lash. Most studios take an hour and a half for a full set and here it takes two hours. read more

This studio is super cute and clean. I'm bummed to say that my eyes are simply too sensitive to have eyelash extensions anymore. But the customer service at the studio is outstanding! I went there I got my eyelashes individual. I started to be member I was thinking it would be good but I canceled it, when I got my first eyelashes there after just one week all my eyelashes fell off. I called and they made appointment for me again because they said maybe it was the glue.... but this time the same problem so I canceled my membership... they discounted my money so I had to go one more time as a compensation because already the payment was done but oh surprise again all my eyelashes fall off in just 4 days. My experience was ok, it was my first time doing lash extensions so I want sure what to expect but the end results came out nice. I had the 3D lash volume option and wanted to try out the extensions for my bachelorette weekend, and all my girlfriends said they liked the outcome. What I didn't appreciate is that after my first session, I said that I would have to think about whether I wanted to book another appointment and that I would call back if needed. In the end I decided that for personal reasons I didn't want to do a second appointment and never called back. However I received calls and messages that stated I had an appointment scheduled even though I specifically stated that I did not want to pre-book anything. To me, that is very upsetting. I understand that they do push for future appointments due to the need of running their business, but they should not have scheduled an appointment that was explicitly stated to not be made. read more

Came in expecting amazing lashes and came out looking like a tweaked did them. Mascara would of looked better then what I got. This eyelashes are not cheap. Not to mention I got them done by "master stylist" Bree. I've never had individuals before and I'm used to clusters so I was not sure what style to choose. I don't want them to thick so I figure 110$ classics would be fine and so did the "master". my eyelashes were going in the opposite direction. They didn't even go "up" and "out". Basic eyelash form. I wanted long, got short. I was there 6 hours, missed school, ruined my entire day. I was there balling my eyes out and left that way, I only left because they promised they would fix them the next day if I payed another 50 dollars. Do you think they fixed them? Nope. They canceled on me. Left me looking HORRIBLE. Then shot my money back. The fact that they would leave you looking bad knowing people have jobs and full schedules, and don't have time to get a bad eyelash job fixed, is the worst thing a company can do to someone. Shouldn't be possible to pay for ugly eyelashes from a master stylist. and it is possible here. Getting my money back doesn't pay for wasted time and energy with no positive result. I've been coming here for a couple of months now. I signed up for the $69.99 membership. I am completely satisfied with my lash stylist which is Felicia. I was just told last month that now she is a "master stylist" and now my membership would be going up $10. When i called to ask how could they raise my price from my original contract price that I signedfor the manger just basically told me I could get another stylist if I want. I found it upsetting that they could just raise my price and if she is now a "master stylist" shouldn't the company be giving her a raise instead of her customers? Update: I just finished my 6 month membership and I sent two of my daughters over to get eye lash lifts as gifts. It was a horrible experience for them. I paid ahead of time so that they could just go in and get their eyelashes done without having to worry about paying but when they were leaving in the parking lot one of their workers came running out asking if they paid for their services and brought them back in so she could check. Not only were they embarrassed they were humiliated. Not to mention the crappy job they did on one of my daughters. It was like her eyelashes looked the same and there was no difference on her. I called Saturday to speak to the manager and am still waiting to hear from her. read more
