It was a little more uncomfortable than I thought, burning and all, but it's crazy how natural they feel and look. I've been going here for over a year and I have yet to come across any complaints. First off I'm horrible at scheduling things and almost always reschedule (remember to do it at least a day before tho) but the front desk ladies are very understanding and nice. But what makes it even better is my lash stylist Amanda. I've been going to her for a while now and I believe she got promoted to master stylist. What can I say, she's good at her job. I have gotten lash extensions elsewhere but they tend to fall off quick while here they stay on till your next appointment. I get lash lifts every month here and my lashes stay lifted for over 5 weeks. And not to mention the hospitality. Overall highly recommend this place and If you go ask for Amanda you won't regret it! read more

AMAZING like the name says! I've been coming here since August and I love my lashes. The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to my stylist Bianca that does a wonderful job on my lashes every time! Although this place is a bit pricier than others I've seen on Yelp (haven't been to any others though) I think it's worth it. The lashes are really great quality and can last as long as 3.5 weeks when properly taken care of. They have really great deals for first timers and opportunities to win volume upgrades on their instagram. The facility is very clean and there are private rooms for each appointment. It does get a little cold sometimes when getting your lashes done but they provide a blanket in each room if you need it. read more

First time getting lash extensions! The place was pristine, smelled great, there were snacks, blankets, nice music--made me feel really taken care of. My lady was very gentle. She used 2 sizes for me. I asked for natural lashes, but it was still pretty shocking for me when they were finished! She offered to change some out for smaller sizes, which we did and I was happy with. I appreciated that she was willing to put in the extra effort so I would be satisfied. However, my eyes are funny and one especially doesn't like to close. It kept creeping open and I asked if I needed to try to keep it shut, but she said it was okay. However she should have told me to really try to keep it closed because some of the glue got in my eye and its still a little red and sore today, two days later. I'm bummed I haven't been able to show them off as much because I can't wear contacts right now, but it looks a lot better today. I'm happy with them, I would just try to be more careful next time now that I know! read more

I was excited to try Amazing Lash Studio in Redlands, unfortunately the service fell short of what I expected. During my initial appointment my stylist seemed rushed and it felt like he was extremely distracted and I was not his main priority at the time. I thought paying $90 for a service was enough to receive at least 2 hours of his attention. The stylist rushed to finish on time, leading him to glue my top lashes to my bottom one. The next day I went back to see if the damage was salvageable, but overall the lashes and the service I received was not worth it. read more

Never again will i go back. I give them one star because 50 percent of my lashes lasted for about 6 hours. Hour after hour i had lashes falling out. I had them done before by someone else and they stayed on for 2 weeks. THIS PLACE?!?! They stayed on for 3 days. They said i had the top artist but she took a hour on one eye and made it full then took 30 min on my second eye and it wasnt full at all! They are really pricey too! They want 215 to get your lashes done. Or 89 for membership. Then 69 to refill. Now if my lashes lasted longer than 3 days then it may be worth it..it didnt! The place was clean. The front desk had amazing customer service. The artist that did my lashes got annoyed because i asked her to take off the pads when she was done with one. I asked for long lashes she started at a base...thats not what i wanted. Anywho ill just keep to my falsies if i were you. THEY WILL NOT LAST LONGER THAN 3 DAYS! I have a lady that does it out of her home and they last for weeks. I would think a company like this would have a better outcome.NOT.... if you need something for 3 days then go ahead. read more

Had my lashes done and more than half fell out within 12 hours. The manager did agree to allow me to come back in for a complimentary replacement fill. Now within the first 48 hours of the 2nd visit (before Ive gotten them wet), more than half have fallen out again. Im just sick about the money that I have spent for basically nothing. I pride myself as an experienced lash extension wearer and I understand how to take care of the lashes for optimal condition. I am not sure if they are using subpare glue or if this is due to poor lash application. Its for sure not due to normal lash shedding because my natural lashes are not shedding more than expected normal. I would not recommend spending your money here. Love coming here! It took me a couple of months to find the right lash artist to go to, I had the perfect lash artist for a while, but she is no longer with the company. Luckily I got paired with Vanessa and she is awesome!! I'm so glad she is my lash artist, she understands what I like in my fills and she asks about my concerns that I have/had the full prior. I don't know much about lashes so when I came here to get my first lash perm I thought the end result was nice. I was happy with it until about two hours after I got home, my lashes on my left eye had dropped back down to what they normally look like. It looked like I only had one eye done, I had to use a curler on the other eye to get them to look somewhat similar. A few days later I noticed the ends of my lashes were odd looking, almost like a clump of spider legs. They would get caught together and just looked odd. I cancelled my follow up appointment because I wasn't 100% happy with how they looked. It wasn't until I went elsewhere to get my lift/perm redone that the stylist told me my lashes had been fried. I thought pricing was reasonable until I did more research and realized I paid nearly double what it costs anywhere else. read more
