Love coming to Elizabeth! She always makes me feel so gorgeous and makes MEN and women compliment my eyelashes after I get them. She's super sweet and makes you feel comfortable while working on your lashes. She does a bunch of other things like hair as well but I haven't gone for that yet. So i just found out today how truly bad Elizabeth is. I've came here numerous times and never was happy with what i was getting. She was the first lash tech that i actually continued to use so i was ignorant to the process, plus I've had a bad experience with a classic set elsewhere so i just wanted a consistent lash tech. I have a full schedule so I don't have the time to keep looking. Elizabeth takes money off your lash bill if you write reviews so that's definitely why she has good reviews. Not because she is actually good. I'm always trying to save if possible, and i prefer to spend the money with her, because i cannot sit here and write a decent review thats a certain amount of words. Now that im not a client, it's REALLY easy. The last time i got my lashes done here, she told me to let her know if i had any issue because she used a new product, a fat clump of lashes came off (about a quarter of my left eye, all i did was brush them) and i let her know instantly, she asked if my lashes came out with them (because that means it isn't her fault). Obviously my natural lashes were not on there, or this wouldn't have been an issue, the next thing she did was ignore me completely, and canceled my next appointment, and left me looking stupid with half ass cheap eyelashes that were too thin to begin with. Not to mention I ALWAYS have to ask for them to be thicker, because they are ALWAYS to thin. I pay for mega lashes and get basic volume, possibly below basic. My new lash tech told me that she sticks one lash bundle on 5 different natural lashes, your supposed to have one bundle per lash, and THATS how you get mega volume or volume period. This whole time i thought it was me, and really she's just a terrible lash artist. i wish i knew sooner so i could have invested in a decent artist. The fact that she would leave me with my lashes looking like that tells you how horrible she really is. Her own policy is if you have any issues with to much fallout after a apt., she will fix them, which he's too lazy to follow herself. She's also purposely has left me with gaps between my eyelashes, (i thought it was a mistake but she confirmed she did it on purpose.) I've also gotten a new full set and most of them came out in less then a week(which she did have to re-do). My mind can't even comprehend that. I've never went past 2 weeks for my fills, so there's no excuse for it. I had no problem getting a new apt (which i thought would be a problem,since it took a month for Elizabeth ), its cheaper, better, and they were done right. Plus it was closer to my house and you can make a apt at ANY time. Thank you Elizabeth for canceling my apt. So I don't have to waste money on something i never get, so i can finally have picture worthy eyelashes. if you cancel your client at least make sure you've followed your own policy's first. I almost had to get a new full set because Elizabeth did my lashes so bad. But she put extra time into them to make sure they would be thick enough. And guess what? They a number of times as thick and as good Elizabeth's "lovely lashes" ever were, and I don't have random lashes going into the wrong direction because of bad placement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If you live in Yucaipa and want something close by, there is no reason to go here. I have been going to Liz for months now and she is always professional, clean and does exactly what I want. She is able to tweak lashes to make them look exactly what you are looking for in a lash look. I realized that I had a glue sensitivity by going to her because she informed me it should never burn. Now that we know that, she uses a diff glue and it never ever burns and is so relaxing that I always fall asleep in her studio. She's amazing! read more

Ladies please don't go here!!! I got a cat eye style lashes, on the pictures they look beautiful but man the work after SUCKS!!! 1. I informed her it will be my first time what to expect or what to do!!!! She never once told me no lotion on face or foundation, " I mean I could of google it but I mean why should I if she's the tech". 2. She asked for me to make a deposit of $15 and I asked her if this will be deducted from my balance and she said yes, total she was charging me was 55$ her words but then yet I end up paying 70, 55 for lashes 10 for cleanser and 5 for brush. I ignored it and paid for it because I ain't one to not pay!!! 3. Halfway home I felt something that fell on my cheek looked at the mirror and what do it SEE EYE LASH FALL!!! texted her right away n she said oh that normal we can schedule a appointment for Sunday at 9 am. Reminded me not to wash or apply water for 12 hours. K!. 4. Next morning get up and cleanse my eyelashes with her products and half of my lashes CAME OFF!!!! 5. Texted her told her why did this happen that I wasn't satisfied and her response was if you where not so rude I would of offer u a new set!! ‍. " Um I wasn't rude i was asking because I did pay you, n I wasn't planning to go back missy!". 6. Took 3 hours and 10 mins wasn't even polite enough to offer water. 7. Lil one running around being loud n her husband yelling at him. Very unprofessional!! BEST OF LUCK TO YOH THAT DECIDE TO GO!! Trust me don't go I am an easy girl n very shy to speak up but man WHAT A SHITTY AS JOB!! 8. Then she posted a post up her Instagram page saying lashes glue was found " why couldn't she tell me that at the appointment time never once said anything. the most comfortable and easiest experience I've had! I've gotten my lashes done with Lovely Lashes a few times and they come out so great every time! I usually get hybrid 3D volume and I love the natural yet full wispy effect it gives my eyes!! There have been times I have been a little nervous or anxiety ridden in other lash store environments while keeping my eyes closed for so long but 10/10 the whole vibe was super calm and comfortable and I can definitely say I had a lot less nerves/anxiety than any other lash appointment I've had! If I need a minute, she lets me adjust and always makes sure I'm Satisfied with the look :) I definitely recommend lovely lashes to anyone looking for a lash artist! I have also recently gotten my hair cut and trimmed from Lovely Lashes and oh my god!
