I went to this particular place because they assured me they used hypoallergenic glue. They knew my history of an allergic reaction previously from a different eyelash establishment. I stated this on their supposedly recorded phone line and on the paperwork they made me fill out. Needless to say I had a horrible reaction and my eyes are still not the same. I missed a very important funeral as well. I reached out to them and asked for a refund. Initially they said they would then when I reached back out to them, because they never followed through and claimed they never said that. I screen shot the conversation and sent it to them. (This was all through text). I have not heard back from them. Very disappointed in this place and my experience. I do not recommend this place. Expensive and misleading. Cancelling my membership today. This studio does not deserve my loyalty or business anymore. I've been coming to them since 2018 and I've had my ups and downs with them. Today was the last straw. Julia is the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever dealt with. She cancelled me twice in one day. The first time she cancelled because Lisa was sick. Although the cancellation was last minute, I was flexible and scheduled with someone else. That same day I was supposed to see Tiffany the "master" stylist there. I was scheduled for 4 p.m but at 3:30 p.m they called to tell me Tiffany did not want to do my lashes. Beware of this place!! Once they have taken your money for the membership customer service goes OUT THE WINDOW. I often arrived on time for my appointment because they charge you a $50 fee if you're more than 15 minutes late but Lisa was always at least 30 minutes late to do my lashes. While I loved the job Lisa did, I'm very unhappy with how late she always was and the way they cancelled on me last minute today TWICE. They hold their customers to a certain standard but they fail to lead by example. Horrible lash studio, I will listen to Julia's advice and take my business elsewhere. They were very polite and even helped me select the style of lashes I wanted. 4 choices of styles to choose from (I went with "gorgeous"). My appointment started exactly on time and finished 30 minutes before expected. But my lashes still came out great. I recommend Marayna. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! READ ME!!! Seriously I just made a yelp account to document my awful experience here. The first time I came here the lash tech improperly placed my lashes and I got a huge bump on my right eyelid. I came back around two weeks later, signed up for a membership, and requested a different tech,they suggested BECCA a master tech. This is my first experience with lashes through this franchise and I should of just went somewhere else but I was really naive. Immediately after BECCA did my lashes I voiced my DISCONTENT to her, she said I would have to pay full price again to get the look I wanted of full, luxurious extensions. I had work right after, I work in the service industry, and decided to leave. Partly because I had work and I didn't want to be a difficult customer since I had already had to request a different stylist. As I was leaving I asked the receptionist what style of lashes she had, "glamorous", same I got, but completely different looks. I called the next day and spoke to a manager named MELISSA, who told me because I was eight minutes late and signed a document they didn't go over with me I waived the right to get corrections done. After much hassle with MELISSA, she said I could have a 30 minute appointment with BECCA again and would be charged another $30! After the $56 that I paid for the refill. Since its thanksgiving and everyone's booked I have no choice but to go back, but I really just want to warn all ladies considering this place that it isn't worth your money . Definitely don't get a membership, not sure if it's the whole franchise or this one location but they've given me such a hard time. I genuinely wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through with that. This place is the worst, wish I could give it -50 stars. Okay thanks for commenting on my review, and I will happily explain again why no one should use their hard earned money on this awful company. I was around ten minutes late, and the documents you asked me to sign were not properly explained. I was told by the receptionist these documents were stating I would only get time remaining in my appointment. Meaning if I got there at 3pm or 3:08pm my session would go no longer than 3:50pm. That is all. I voiced I was not happy when I left that same day. She finished within thirty minutes. Didn't do a good job or what I asked of. I called back the next morning at 9:00am when you opened. I booked a first time guest service package and came out paying twice as much. There was NO clear communication as a first time customer that there were extra fees for different types of lashes. The stylist just asked which do you want and not knowing i asked for her advise. She gave a suggestion but never said anything about a price difference. First of all the lashes are very difficult to maintain and all they did for the time that they stayed on was to damage my own lashes, I used to have very good lashes and now I am left with short Un-shaped lashes for life!! I have tried several products to recover and have not had any luck !! The workers there don't care about customers and they put multiple lashes in one lash making your on to fall down! I am very disappointed, on top of that when all covid started I tried multiple occasions to cancel my membership and the only way I was able to be contacted by someone they told me they would not charge me since they were closed and since no body was working they could not process my cancellation at that time. My stylist Tiffany is amazing at what she does. I have recommended Her to several of my friends. However, the front office customer service could use some enhancements. Typically I'm very pleased with the service but today I was not. I was informed that not only could they not pull my draft early (5 days) but also that I would pay regular member refill rates. This happens to be $10.00 dollars more then my draft amount of $45.99 plus a master stylist fee of $10.00. Michelle, the manager at the location states it's policy and the store I originally signed my contract should have advised me. I advised that I have been attending this location for over a year and have never had any issues not to mention pulling my draft early has never been an issue. After she repeated the policy three times I was done. Please be warned that they lack the ability to inform customers. Franchise or not this should have been explained to me upon booking my appointment. read more

I went to Amazing Lash Studio location at I-10 and Katy Freeway in Katy Texas. I also visited the location in Rockville, Maryland 5554 Norbeck Road and had a wonderful experience there with staff and technicians, specifically Tiara. Even though I did get an allergic reaction to the glue she was very helpful and I tried others. I relocated and transferred my account verbally without any problem with them whatsoever to your Katy, Texas location in July. I was allergic to about 5 glues that I tried with lash techs Twee on 8/1/22, Ashley 8/15/22 and Tiffany on 8/25/22. On 8/26/22 Tiffany removed my lashes and I filled out the paperwork and terminated my account. I just noticed yesterday that my account has been charged now twice in September and October for services and I haven't been to the studio not once! I spoke the assistant manager, Ayla who was unable to find my paperwork as I waited for about 15 minutes. Then indicated she couldn't do anything because she couldn't find my paperwork. She looked up under my name and I saw didn't have any appointments for September or October but was not willing to refund those payments. So because of the lack of organizational skills from management and losing my paperwork I am unable to get my money back? If this is how your customer service is I will make sure that my friends and co workers never attend this location or your Amazing Lash studios are NOT so Amazing . Thank you! I have been getting my lashes done for about 3 years now and I absolutely love this location! They are so nice and professional. Tiffany is my stylist and she is the bomb! She is a master stylist and worth the extra 10 dollars. She takes care of my natural lashes and always lets me know when I need to switch from volume lashes back to single lashes and I appreciate that so much. I went to this location to get a full set of lashes with Shay. The only positive thing I can say is the staff is friendly. Other than that my lashes only lasted two weeks when I get strips at the nail salon they last just as long for what you pay you would think that they would last at least a month. I signed a contract on August 7th and was told that I could cancel in 2 weeks if I decided I did not want to keep contract and I would not be charged. I called on the 14th day (August 21st) and the manager left me a voicemail stating that she could not issue me a refund because my account had already been drafted that morning of August 21st. I am pretty sure banks do not draft money out of accounts on a Sunday plus I was within the 2 week requirement. I tried to call the manager back several times and left messages with no return phone call. I contacted the corporate office on 8/26/16 and left 2 messages with no return phone call. I sent an email to the corporate office on 8/31/16 with no response. I reached out to the manager at another ALS location who stated she would help me and I have not received a phone call back after calling her twice. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I can't get anyone to call me back. They will scam you so be careful!! read more

At this location, there is not a wait time for your appointment. The stylists are immediately ready for their scheduled appointment. My favorite stylist at this location is Tiffany. She is a senior stylist and super nice. Most importantly she does excellent work. Tiffany appears to be very knowledgeable about this industry. Before becoming a member of Amazing lash, I went to the nail salons for eyelash extensions which damaged my natural eyelashes. The worst service I have had at any studio. I made an appointment with Tiffany because she had positive reviews. Once she was done I noticed one eye was a lot more detailed then the other, she said the weren't and I let it go. Within 48 hours I had lost half my lashes on my right eye. I called and they offered me to come back and get it fixed which I did. I seen Tiffany again and made it clear that I like my eyes to look as similar as possible. Well she went extremely heavy on the eye that had lost the most lashes and left the other one as was. So now my eyes are noticeably different, extremely different. So different I'm canceling my plans for the night. I wish I could pull them off, very disappointed and the customer service was even worse. I'm still confused how I'm wrong when I'm paying and they are my eyes.. She literally was being funny by overloading my right eye like this. For three weeks, my lashes survived wild winds while motorbiking everywhere, numerous swims in the ocean, a ton of showers after swimming in said oceans, and a handful of rainstorms as well. I am traumatized. I don't know if I went into a lash studio or a haunted house. Rooms are small with just a table to lay down on and the chair where the employee sits. I love the look of the studio, it's modern and cute! HOWEVER, When I was getting my lashes done, it was painful and my tears dried to my face with glue residue everywhere because it was getting in my eyes. Now for the horror story. I tried closing the door to the room but many other people were getting their lashes done with the door open. While I was laying down with BOTH eyes taped closed... someone entered the room multiple times. First time they threw down a towel next to my feet on the table, and I jumped. I don't like things thrown at me while I'm vulnerable and blind. They came back again and I was even more uncomfortable and scared. No one told me or acknowledged they were there but I could hear them moving stuff and watching/ breathing on me. I was hugging myself tighter when they thought it would be funny to slam their hands down on the table and make a huge bang. I screamed and frailed my arms and legs. Kelly with her tools in my eyelashes only said oops and carried on like nothing happened. I will NEVER go back and while my eyelashes turned out cute, it came at an usual amount of pain and excess glue I haven't experienced at another studio (Wonderlash). I am extremely upset with this location! I have been using this service for 6 months and they have ALWAYS only drafted my credit card once a month. This month, I needed to refill earlier than I normally do because I had a wedding I was attending. I had them charge my credit card when I was there on Nov. 7th. I was just charged AGAIN today, Nov. 15th and I was told that they can only draft within 3 days of the 15th!!! I only get my lashes refilled once a month. It was NEVER explained to me that if I come early one time, they will charge me TWICE in that month!!!
