I love amazing lash studio!!! They have great customer service and do an amazing job with my lashes. I love my lashes

Had an AWFUL, extremely painful reaction. When I went in the morning after, I explained tearfully to the front desk girl that I was in horrible pain and needed the extensions taken off immediately. She acted annoyed and completely uncaring, stating there was nothing they could do for me until NOON. That was three hours from then. I again, tearfully, told her I could not wait until noon I needed them off NOW. She still didn't care, and repeated there was nothing they could do until noon. I then asked her to get her manager. The manager, Jaime, arrived and was extremely apologetic. She called a girl in early to take care of me, and my lashes were off within a half hour. Rachel, the girl who came in early for my emergency, was SO sweet and sympathetic. She made sure I was comfortable and did everything she could to cheer me up. Jaime is great, Rachel is great - but that girl at the front desk should not be in customer service. It's shocking that she had zero sympathy for what happened to me. read more

I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Not to mention the studio was super cute. My lash tech was Makaila and she did an amazing job, I am definitely becoming one of her regulars as I am now addicted! read more

I have had my lashes on less than a week and they are falling out. They are clumping together and just look awful. I paid 80.00 bucks which was a waste of money going to this place. These studios are all glamor. I don't care for their membership either, I was going to sign up, but I was told it was a year and if you decide you no longer want lashes, you still had to pay.. So I decided to not go with the membership and I'm glad I didn't, cause I probably wont' be back. I'd rather have no lashes, then go to this place. I hope this review was helpful. The gal I had had only been doing them since January, not enough experience maybe? She was nice and all. But who are they hiring? Anyways, I hope this review was helpful. Please experience this place for yourself and maybe you will get someone that has been doing them longer than a month. read more

One of the WORST eyelash franchises I've ever been too. Not only was I tricked into a membership, the glue has made my eyelashes fall out! When I called to first discuss the issues, I was told it would be cancelled. A month later I am charged for the membership fee. When I called to ask for a refund and explained the situation, I was told a refund could not be issued. In order for me to cancel, I am required to pay another month of membership dues. I've never been so unsatisfied in my life!! "Amazing" lash studio has been everything but amazing. That's for sure. I would never recommend this place to anyone except for maybe an enemy. read more

I would not recommend this place due to costs. I had a membership which is the cheapest way to go if you want the lashes continuously. With the membership they automatically take out the payment for a refill every month ($60). However, even if you take perfect care of them the lashes fall out after twenty days. This means there's always a period of about a week where 75% of the lashes have fallen out and the ones that didn't are way longer than he natural ones causing my eyelashes to look choppy. When they fall out, a lot of the times they take your natural lash with it. The lady said it was my natural lash grow cycle but I had long and full natural lashes that I was actually quite proud of and now they look thin since so many have fallen out. It's horrifying to see them come off with your natural lash still attached, and it's especially annoying when you've gone out and bought the face wash and products they say to buy and are taking supposedly great care of them. It's also worth mentioning that once they start growing out they droop, twist, tangle, and HURT. Eventually I went in and she told me that most customers either get a refill twice a month ($60 + $60= $120/month) or get a full set once a month ($90) because you have to have at least 50% of the lashes left or else they can't do just one refill. So essentially since the lashes only last 20 days there's basically no way to only get one refill once a month which, in my opinion makes it not worth it. $60 a month was already a lot and now they're saying I have to pay $90 a month plus tips? Yesterday I went in and explained that a lot of mine fall out at night while I'm sleeping which isn't something I can control. She put a "special sealant" on them to help but when I woke up this morning on the DAY AFTER there were 4 lashes on my face. So overall, if you have the money they're great. I always liked the way they looked and I highly recommend Lindsey or April if you do go. The place was clean and had excellent service. I just feel like the product isn't worth the money. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! 0/5 stars! My stylist was very nice and application was comfortable. Unfortunately the front desk staff don't know the membership policy! She was confusing herself trying to explain it to me! You get a service free, but we charge your card in 2 weeks......WHAT? Why am I paying again after only 2 weeks and what about my free session? She was dazed by my questioning as I quickly declined that scam! Then I began to question the current charges.....First they told me when I made the appt they quoted me a lower price/promotion, when I questioned it she asked another girl and her response was "only if she has the paper" which I thought was horrible customer service! Guess they don't want repeat customers? I was very happy for about 24 hours when I woke up and wanted to scratch my eyeballs out! Every time I blinked it felt like they were poking me in the eye! I survived for 4 days with constant irritation before I called to ask how to remove them and was told If I came in they could look at them and remove them for another $30! (Which throughly pissed me off) I explained I was already on vacation and just wanted them OFF! They recommended coconut oil and this only took about 1/3 off after over 2 hours of scrubbing! They also informed me if I wanted to come back they could put me with a more experienced stylist......I guess I didn't deserve that the first time!!!!! I have a new bottle of lash foam and an eyelash brush that are new in box and inflated my cost to over $145 Dollars and the removal also removed my natural lashes!!!! A nice little ancillary benefit! read more

Javon is about the only thing good about Lash Studio, I had lashes done a few times. If you are looking for lashes to last DO NOT go here, just over 2 weeks they start to fall off so you have to go in before the next payment comes out of your account that means you have to pay additional to keep your lashes. If you sign up for membership be aware they will keep your last month payment unless you try getting a new set which is why you would cancel anyway to avoid lashes from falling off. I asked about my last payment and Ashley the manager said well you need to use it for a service and amount in your account can not be used for any of our products what a rip off. If you are cancelling then its probably due to product not lasting so why would you consider your last payment to be applied for a new set, doesn't make sense. Oh I almost forgot if you mention lashes are falling too soon Ashley then will recommend another product to help your lashes stay longer, more product which means more $$$. read more

I got my lashes done here for my wedding and I must say, WOW!!!!!! They were AMAZING!! I was super happy when I first called and spoke with Molly on the phone. She was super sweet and answered my million questions, she was patient, and very accommodating, I felt like I was talking to a friend. When I finally got there the next day for my appointment, I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a few of the ladies up front. They checked me in and Molly had remembered me and went over the paperwork and all of the products.....I wanted to take all of the products home, who would have thought all of these products that work perfect for extentions?! The girl that did my lashes was wonderful too! Friendly and fun to talk to! I felt very comfortable here with them; they are super there! I would recommended a million times over if I could!!Thank you amazing lash for a great time, great lashes for a special day, and thank you Molly for your kindness and knowledge!!!!!!!! read more

Been loving my lashes for @6 months now! Glad I found Amazing Lashes. Their system makes it affordable-- still not cheap-- but manageable and well worth it. The studio's staff is nice, friendly and easy to work with for appointments. Their studio is lovely & comfortable. Lash extensions were new to me. Loved them instantly! But still trying to navigate what makes them last until the next appointment. Some times it just works out and I can make it 3 full weeks. Other times I feel like I'm losing lashes w/each blink. (I have never made it 4 weeks) I haven't quit figured out the cause for the difference but do feel strongly that I follow all the guidelines. I have received varying guidance from the staff - which I attribute to variance in the tech's experience. Regardless, I continue w/appointments & the desire for a lovely full set of natural looking lashes! I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio! read more
