Within 10-seconds I was in a totally normal conversation talking to Faye about things I wouldn't normally be talking to most of the ppl I know well in my life. Lol. But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! I felt like I could've asked Faye anything and they would've known exactly where to find it, everything about it, and even had some friendly suggestions that actually made sense. This is seriously how every store I shop in should provide service to their customers. Not over-bearing but making sure you're aware that they're there and happy to help if you have any questions.
