And more than that, he didn't make me feel like I wasn't a real customer just bc I was asking questions. Gotta love that! Oh, and the "buy 5, get 1 free" deal is pretty sweet, too. (Bc the good cigars tend to add up quick!) So, in short; great service from good people, great selection, and solid value. What more can you want?

I've been to numerous dispensaries throughout Massachusetts and several other states, the experience I've had at other dispensaries is usually pretty standard and typically pleasant, consistent. Tonight, I had the pleasure of having Miss Deanna Paladino assist me. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Dealing with the general public can be difficult and unpredictable, Deanna assisted me with enthusiasm, knowledge and again, her genuine kindness. She is an absolute asset to your company. I am a resident of Worcester and because of my experience at Sunnyside, I will not be going anywhere else. I cannot remember the bud tender who helped me tonight, she was also wonderful (dark hair, glasses, black hair?). She too mirrored Deanna's great demeanor and personality. Great selection, great staff. I don't Yelp anything but felt compelled to do so. Thank you!!! - Lauren

Only thing I can even say bad is that the upkeep on the tester clearomizer for teating the different juice was a little ruff. Some were giving a burning taste and a few were empty or overfilled. All the other really good aspect of this shop over weigh the negitive by a lot though, so deffinaitly two thumbs up!

Further, the clerk also indicated that even if the product was not used, their computer system is not capable of doing returns, contradicting his previous statement. They essentially took my $60 for a plastic piece of junk. If you want to give a business your money for a shoddy product that they do not stand behind, then this is your place. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere. The clerk was polite, however, but did nearly nothing to keep our business except offer "a really good discount" for my next purchase, which we both knew would never happen. Fool me once....
