The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

The bad news was I have AAA and my wife had used it four times in the last year getting locked out of her car so i was stuck that exceeded my towing ability, the good news I was close to an O'Reilly Auto parts. So I want to get this right, it was about 2 p.m. Jan 13th and the counter girl I think her name was skye that's what it says on the slip was the most exceptionally helpful customer service person that I have seen in ages. She had empathy for me being broken down a hundred miles from home she loaned me some tools from the back area with no hesitation and she sent one of the little white cars to pick up a new pulley at a different store to help me out of a jam. On main Street in Webster there is every brand of auto parts store within a mile of each other if you need anything check out O'Reilly's, other than my car breaking down it was refreshing that they take such good care of their customers. The guy behind the counter saw me standing there as he had to pass me to get behind the counter to finish helping the customer in front of me. Another customer walked in and noticed he knew the person in front of me and started talking with him. When the sales associate finished with the customer in front of me, he walked away to help the other associate real quick. Upon his return to the register, I took a step forward as I was the next customer in line, but the associate looked right at the guy that came in after me that was talking to the customer in front of me. And said " hey man! What can I do for you?" This associate completely ignored me! I could not believe that he did that. I walked out and decided to go one minute down the street to advanced auto. I'm so glad I did. I had the best service. So, I would not recommend going here, save the trouble and go straight to Advanced Auto in Webster!!!

Today I stopped at the Hi-Lo car wash location in town. I aired 20 min for the car wash as everyone…read morehad the same idea of getting salt & dirt off their cars, no problem. What WAS the problem was as soon as the car wash arms started moving I noticed the drivers side arms didn't have any soap coming out. Either frozen or blocked, some was dribbling out so I'd assume blocked. Then the passenger side arm came from the back to the front doing the same. At the end, I had paid$12.00 for the premium wash, the passenger side arms dropped all in the floor the hot wax. As soon as I pulled out I looked at the car and it was to no surprise ,,, Dirty still I asked the gas attendant for my money back, he shoved money at me yelling " IM NOT THE BOSS" " you go down there"!! Pointing towards Main St. I asked him why I should drive somewhere when he could simply call his boss? And why not close the car wash because there were many more cars in line at that point. He just yelled again "I'm not the Boss!!" I will NEVER stop at this location again. Beware Once I got in the car and went to put the money away I noticed he gave me $8. Instead of $12.

I had to call in favors from three different people just to make this work: one to drop me off with…read moremy truck that morning, another to lend me a vehicle to use for the day since mine was just sitting there untouched, and a third to drive me back to the shop, arriving just before 4 PM, to retrieve it. That's not something I could easily ask of anyone again. The owner acknowledged he'd seen my truck sitting there all day, but told me he'd expected the key to be dropped in a box with an envelope, something he never once mentioned to me. The installation had not been done. When I brought up my two calls and the voicemail, he checked his phone and claimed he had no record of them. Given that he already knew it was my truck, since we'd spoken twice by phone beforehand, it's hard to understand why it never occurred to him to simply call me back and ask where the key was, especially after seeing the vehicle sitting there untouched all day. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer this way. This cost me an unnecessary round trip and a full day, for a job that still wasn't completed. I can't recommend this shop.
