Their service exceeded my expectations. The only minor cons were that they were a few minutes later…read morethan their arrival window (which they apologized for), and that they send too many text messages and emails regarding the appointment. The bottom line is, they did a great job and worked much harder than I asked them to, since the carpet was in bad shape and I didn't expect much. In fact, they got out practically all the stains, which I didn't expect them to do. They were efficient and friendly, and they stuck to their estimate! After seeing all the time and effort they put in, I fully expected to be charged up to double, but they asked for the original amount even after I offered more (so I increased my tip). I will email Green USA again the next time I need cleaning.

They "cleaned" the carpet in one small bedroom at our condo today. My mother is the one that…read morecoordinated the service because she is dealing with old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in. The cost? $160. The result is awful. I posted the photos so you can see for yourself. They were there for a very short period of time, and the carpet looks exactly the same as when they arrived. Then told my mom that she didn't specify that they actually had to *clean* the carpet (ie. shampoo). It honestly looks like they just vacummed. My mom has cancer and is not feeling well, and now has to deal with this mess. It isn't disappointing simply because the result is so poor, but also because they knowingly charged her so much for such a small space, spent very little time there, were actually ok with this quality of work when they left, tried to blame my mom and were unwilling to do anything about it. Avoid this company at all costs. IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER: No, I don't have the wrong business. And I'm sure you know what I am referring to because my mother contacted you about this very issue today. She was the one that reached out about our condo, so yes, you wouldn't have the initials LA because those are my initials, and my mother was the one who contacted you. That doesn't absolve you from poor business practices. Furthermore, you did NOT clean the carpet in this tiny room and charged $160 for basically nothing. So, I agree with you there. My mother hired you to clean the carpet in a tiny room. The room was empty. Charging someone $160 to vacuum an empty room is disgusting. If they weren't prepared to clean the carpet, that is not our fault. They should have immediately provided a refund or returned to actually complete the work at a different time.

They are excellent in these qualities which makes me think they may have the same customer-forward mindset on the job. But for now, I can simply say it was a pleasure to interact with Meg as we conducted preliminary conversations over internet and text message. They are polite, professional, conscientious and responsive, consistent the most of the other reviews I have seen.

A staff of 3 came at the appointment time and finished within 3 hours. Overall they did a good job. Most of the areas they cleaned were done well. They did miss some of the instructions I gave Sandra, so I don't know if the staff got the memo. When I reported that to Sandra, she just apologized and didn't offer to rectify. They also worked around my pet areas, which I thought felt kind of half a$$. So like half the wall was cleaned. A few minor things were thrown away, so I needed to buy replacements, which was a little annoying. Like others mentioned in their reviews, they didn't put things back the way they were. If that bothers you, don't go with these folks cuz it will drive you crazy. Price is relatively cheap I think, so maybe I got what I paid for. Not sure if I'll use them again.

After every service, it is a chore to literally tidy up after them. Every item is displaced and not put back in its original place. There is always a surprise of a broken or fallen item at the end of their service. So far, they have ruined my expensive curtain rings, pulled a curtain rod to the ground, ruined an expensive cast iron pan by placing it in a wet sink (the pan is now completely rusted), dropped an expensive artwork that was resting on my dresser, behind it and then have the audacity to just up and leave without informing anyone in the house about these issues. They claimed to "do the bed" if we provided them with sheets on the first service. I have seen 5 year olds make their bed better than they do. After such incompetent service, they have the gall to increase prices on us too. They also randomly change the scheduled time of appointments on you and it takes calling and fighting with the owner to get the schedule you had originally asked for. Save your time, money and valuable items. Don't hire them!

Please be very careful before hiring this company…read more My tenants had already cleaned the townhouse before moving out. I manages 4 properties in bay area as my side job, but my go-to cleaner is not available this week. The property was not excessively dirty, but I wanted it to be cleaner and more polished, so I hired this company for an additional deep cleaning based on hour rate for 2 cleaner. most of the company quote around $500 after I sent them the pictures. They charged me $1,150 for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse by the end of the day. They texted my saying my house was so dirty so they added 3rd person for 4 hours without asking my permission I was honestly shocked by the price. This was not a severely neglected home requiring restoration-level cleaning. It had already been cleaned, and I hired them mainly for additional detailed work. In my opinion, the service I received did not come close to justifying a $1,150 bill. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to get everything in writing before they start: the total estimated cost, hourly rate, number of cleaners, estimated hours, exactly what "deep cleaning" includes, and whether there are any additional charges. Do not let them begin the job without a clear written price/estimate. Based on my personal experience, I found the pricing extremely excessive and the value very poor. I would absolutely not hire this company again, and I would recommend that other customers compare multiple quotes before using them.
