There were not many options even open on a Sunday morning in the area of Day Break where we were located. We almost didn't even go in here because, from the street, this location looked closed. The crisp cold temps kept everyone indoors so I am really glad we double checked the front door, because we would have missed out on a hidden gem of a spot! We got there early enough that there was only one person working, which initially wasn't an issue, but as our visit went on, a line formed, and I even put back, on the shelf, an intended purchase of coffee beans because I wanted to visit more than I wanted to stand in a line. I ordered an iced Americano with sugar free Hazelnut and a splash of half and half to drink and a Pesto Grilled Cheese on Sourdough to eat. I knew it would be an easy food item to take any leftovers on the plane. Although the indoor space had enough seats for this particular morning visit, I am not sure how well it seats everyone on a typical morning rush. The outdoor space would be my preferred seating location but only when it is warmer temps so I definitely plan to come back and stay longer. The vibe is super chill, the flavor of the coffee was strong and rich, nothing bitter or burnt and we all found something we loved to both eat and drink. Dogs are definitely welcome too and I can see this coffee house becoming a neighborhood favorite very quickly! I wish I had stuck it out and waited in line as I'd love to make a batch of cold brew coffee from their beans now that I am back home in California! Maybe next time!

It was medium spiced and included zucchini, yellow onions, carrots, peanut butter, coconut milk, chicken, and thick noodles that I don't know the name of. It was very rich in flavor, kind of sweet from the peanut butter, and it was equal amounts of vegetables to curry (which was greatly appreciated). Also came with a generous portion of white rice. Definitely will visit again to try their other dishes when I'm in the neighborhood. Friendly & helpful staff in a clean store. Highly recommend!

I popped in for lunch and when I told the lady I wanted to eat in, she seemed a bit miffed at that idea. After waiting a few minutes my order was ready and brought to my table. In a sealed to-go plastic container. Why? I don't know. I wonder if they even have any plates or real dishware. I had ordered the Pad Thai and since they didn't have any Taro Boba Smoothies, I elected to just have a water. The Pad Thai was not the greatest. The sauce was so overbearing and there was way too much. It was almost like soup by the time I got to the bottom of the container. If the sauce had been a bit lighter and not so much was poured on, it might have been a much better experience. So, three stars and I probably won't be returning.
