If I don't talk about this it won't come up in peoples searches. I have trich that comes and goes and If you don't know what that is it's pulling of hair specifically for me eyebrow hair. Some people pull their hair on their head or hair on their eyelashes but for me it's my eyebrows whenever I'm stressed. It's been a difficult journey for me to grow it out and every time I went to Amar she fixed up and made my eyebrows look good. For me eyebrow threading actually help curb the pulling, but when the pandemic happened my stress increased and pulling increased with no threading place is open. So now I'm happy I saw Amar at her own place. Still her same great technique and I'd honestly be rather paying her personally than the former company. Super clean place. I will keep seeing her as long as I possibly can for my eyebrow needs, but when I move, I won't know what to do :( Just go! read more

It's stunning, clean and the people who work with her are very competent. It does usually have 2-5 people always there waiting as well so make sure to allot enough time . Went in with no appointment, got seen right away. Super clean environment, chair was sanitized before I got on and i was offered hand sanitizer. I was there a couple of times...first it was Amar and I didn't have a problem. The 2nd time I checked in I wanted Amar to do it but she was talking to somebody, Nabina was with another client. I was willing to wait but Amar said Nabina can take me after she's done. Ok no problem, while Nabina was doing my eyebrows Amar was just there talking and laughing the whole time. It was kinda weird since I requested her when I checked in. Anyway I went again for the 3rd time, Nabina did it again and she asked me if I want to try their new product, it's Amar's eyebrow gel...I was not told that I will be charged for trying it lol. Then she asked if I want to buy one, I said it's ok I use the same thing a different brand and I still have a lot left. When I paid she charged me $5 for "customer service fee"...I didn't ask anymore since I saw it while I was driving home, but to me that was unprofessional to be charged for something you were asked to try as their new product, at least give me a heads up before I say yes. read more

I use to love this place but I don't know what's been going on with the hire lately. I much prefer the owner but as an owner you can't do it on your own. Anyways, I am in the store and the lady finished with the other. She had to go in her phone real quick to look at a video. It was loud. She didn't acknowledge me. Just pointed to a chair while her face was on the phone. What kind of person just makes hand gestures without saying hello can you sit over there? Rude. At the station she had to send emoji multiple times to the video she was watching. She didn't ask me what I wanted or how I wanted my brow. I had to speak up bc I knew she was focused elsewhere. She did my left brow and did not hand me a tissue. When I opened my eyes she was at her phone to send emoji again while I sat there waiting for her to finish. She did my right brow and finally handed me a tissue. Her phone was loud while doing my brows. When I look up I see her face looking at the phone. Employees represent the place. I regret paying for the service. I wasn't going to tip her but she took so slow giving me change back because she had her phone at the register and you know the rest. read more

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can choose to have your eyebrows shaped and they have diagrams to pick from but I was overwhelmed with all the choices and had no idea what to pick but they told me not to worry they got it and made me look so good!!
