This isn't your typical fancy SF facial place. That being said, Crystal will 100% take care of you and your skin. She genuinely cares and actually remembers things about you. I have probably went to get facial from Crystal around 10+ times and there's a reason why I keep coming back. My skin looks better than it did before. She always gives recommendations and will make sure all that gunk is out of your skin. She had to spend extra time with my extractions because my skin was so irritated, acne filled and my skin barrier was not at its best. Disclaimer that extractions HURT but I know she is taking all that gunk out. She will find things that you didn't even know you had to help your skin not be congested. My face usually isn't as cute the next few days after extractions, but man. You can tell the difference after that time period. My skin is actually smooth now with a few pimples. Hyperpigmentation is so much better. I haven't felt this confident with my skin in over a year and it's all thanks to Crystal. I love the massages she gives and she's just such a sweet woman. She asked if I could come at 11:00 and I let her know I couldn't due to living in the east bay and having to come back for an appointment so I asked if 10:30 worked she then offered 10:45. That worked for me so I said that was fine. The day of my appointment she completely rushed took hairs off that she wasn't supposed to and I asked to fix some spots. She fixed some but I still had to come home and reshape them and they looked great. Again I know her work so I know she was completely rushing but I gave it to her maybe it's a one off. I came back this past week and she completely messed up my eyebrows again to the point where one was significantly higher than the other. When I did the first look she left about 6 straggler hairs in the front of my left brow and it looked so dumb so I told her to take them off. She was hesitant to remove them because she knew she took to much off as well and it would cause one brow to be thinner. I said well can you even them out and she said she didn't want because they would be to thin. I didn't want to to risk her messing them up further so I left it as is. I don't even know why I left a tip to be honest but I had to come home and fix them again but this time I had to really thin them out which is annoying because I had grown them out. It's clear to me she isn't even trying to do my eyebrows well because again I knew her previous work and she always took her time to ensure they were perfect.
