Place is reasonably priced and best part at least for me I can go a few months without having to need to get threaded again. Salon is clean and they do only have one parking spot but customers come at every 15 mins or so it's not too bad of a wait.

She will tell you what time she has open you just ask her what times you have open between XYZ or what day you plan to come in and she will let you know what time she has open for you to swing by! Very fast but extremely detail oriented so no need to worry about quality. I've only used her waxing services and I always come out clean and no problems directly after or later in the night (I know since I've been to other waxers until I found Lisa. I've never gone to another one since) Good parking around the block so parking isn't an issue, just make sure to look at street cleaning signs lol. The place is calm and clean and always welcoming. She's got music in the waiting area and always relaxing or throwback music which I appreciate! There's a bathroom in the waiting area you can use. Definitely ask her questions if you have any. She's got great tips on skin upkeep between waxes and more! I've never had one bad experience from her so that is awesome! I know she does hard and soft wax so that's a plus! Since certain areas you need certain wax textures. I religiously go to her monthly unless I'm out of town. Not much traffic so you don't need to worry about speeding cars. Wide streets so you can look both ways for cars and there are stop signs. Daly City so you might need a jacket but all good!

Not only did it hurt like a mofo cuz she cut me too deep even though I was bleeding profusely but the results were below expectations considering her highly rated reviews. I was left w/ uneven areas and patchy areas. Melody was meticulous in both her prep and after care instructions that made me feel good about going into our session. She assured me that my prior experience was out of the norm and worked to make corrections to even out my brows. I also didn't feel the traumatic slicing pain like I did w/ the other artist nor was I excessively bleeding everywhere. She's also easy to chat w/ which made me feel at ease. I booked an underarm wax, and it was soo painless and looked amazing after! I told her i'll be back for a brazilian, but lucky me I was able to book another appt that same evening! I ended up booking a bikini full which is as much or lil hair off in the front, but no butt strip wax is the main difference between bikini full and brazilian (which is everything off + includes butt strip).
