The appliances are of good quality and repairs are made promptly, often on the same day. I doubt I ever waited more than 2-3 days for a repair, and the maintenance team does an excellent job every time. The grounds are kept clean. The landscapers keep the grounds beautiful. It's very quiet. I only needed to make one noise complaint during all those years. The security patrol showed up promptly and took care of it. In the few times we needed to report any kind of rule breaking or disturbance by a neighbor, the office staff was totally responsive. Unlike many other complexes, they never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Instead, they were grateful that we were looking out to help maintain the quality of life in the community. They're on top of everything and always take care of whatever issues come up. They have 2 nice pools and a decently stocked gym. Plenty of guest parking. I have a few things to keep in mind that isn't staff related: 1) It's an apartment complex and you will have someone above or below you. Walls are thin you will hear "things". 2) Parking can be a pain, you can get a covered spot or garage for an extra fee. Note the garages have no outlets so if you want to do anything but park your car options are limited. 3) Crime rate is low, a few parked car break-ins, mail box break-ins occurred and they have found homeless persons in unsecured cars before. When ever they needed to contact you for the yearly proof of home insurance or notifying you about what's planned for the week that may affect your parking or noise due to beautification or painting services they will make sure every resident is tracking my leaving a note at your door, an email, and phone call. I was always informed and was able to avoid any inconveniences ahead of time because of their communication. We had a couple of downs where some one on the teams yelled at my wife for not having our dog leashed, we know the rules and take full responsibility for our dog running out but that was very unprofessional especially because it was our only mishap. Another is if you call them sometimes they may not be "in the mood" due to what ever reason, my wife and I are always kind and professional even with our busy and stressful days so this was also unfortunate some times. On our first day here we were told of how serious they want to keep their residents personal parking spots just for them, our spot was always just for us as promised and it is enforced. On our second day my wife's car was tows because we had it parked in some ones parking spot, we didn't see the painted number late at night and figured since it was late it would've also been filled and just incase we'd move it early in the morning, before I knew ut at some time after midnight it was towd. They usually give you a courtesy call but since that car wasn't yet in their system they thought the car was an outsiders vehicle. You get no refund or anything once towed, so yeah very enforced. --Score: 4/5 Garbage bins and Garbage services: They have designated Garbage areas to throw away trash with a schedualed weekly Garbage pick up in many locations around the apartment so when ever one was too full, another wasn't very far to use. The Garbage services was new I believe started in 2022, you had no choice but to pay the monthly fee for it and accept their rules for having your trash out your door to be picked up. I wish it was a choice since the hours required to have trash outside never aligned with our families work ours but we made it work. Some days they may have accidently skipped our side of the building and had the crows rip open the bags in the morning or some days I put it out and they have already passed. Again, I'd rather take my own trash but since I was paying for this I tried to make it work as much as possible. ---Score: 4/5 Security: During the time we lived there we have been so comfortable even when coming from Compton and New Jersey. Our doors from our home and cars were unlocked and never had a robbery or damage to our belongings. They even hired a private security to patrol at night. There were instances where we saw police at our neighbors doors but to my knowledge not harmful to other residents. --Score: 5/5 Comfort: No one is ever too loud at night. We have one bad experience with a family above us but gladly they only stayed there a year. Only time we had an issue with noise was in Wednesday grass cutting at 8-9am with out little ones. --Score: 5/5 Beautifucation: Grass was always maintained, pool and Jacuzzi always cleaned, and the gym was always maintained. I was a little wary of moving into a studio, as my last studio felt very cramped (especially with two cats). However, I was able to get a studio loft on the second floor at the end of the row, and it was absolutely perfect. Kelli was super responsive during the leasing process, and I got moved in fairly quickly. The biggest thing I loved about this studio was how quiet it was! I barely ever heard my neighbors, and that was such a relief coming from apartments with paper thin floors. Additionally, the loft made the studio feel so much bigger than my last studio even though the square footage was the same. I also had the most amazing view of the hills from the loft area, especially in the evenings with the sunset. I was originally disappointed that I had to use a laundry room, but honestly I can think of only a single time where I ever had to wait to do laundry. The rest of the time there was always at least one machine open, and people always seemed prompt about removing their laundry when the cycle was over. The location is also great - I regularly walked to the park and over to Target/Albertsons/movie theater. The quick access to I-15 is nice too. Finally, Dale and Jason in maintenance and Alex in the front office were always extremely responsive. At my last apartment, I would put in maintenance requests and it felt like they just disappeared into the void for weeks. I experienced limited maintenance issues but when I did, they came the same day! Dale also works hard at cleaning up the property every morning so it looks nice. Anyway, I really enjoyed my time here and was sad to leave it when I moved out of the area.

There were constant mailroom break-ins. One night around 3 a.m., I actually caught someone breaking in and called the police. When the officers arrived, they were extremely frustrated because they said the office had not been helpful with previous cases. The cameras weren't being properly maintained or repaired, leaving them with little to work with. What was especially frustrating was that residents affected by break-ins weren't notified. After my incident, I found out there had been other issues, yet there was no notice to residents. I'm honestly surprised to hear that the gates now work. During the entire time I lived there, they rarely worked, and I moved out in December 2025. Parking was another issue. If someone parked in your assigned spot, the office would apparently take up to three days to do anything about it. That meant you could be without your own parking spot for days. We also experienced two separate flooding incidents caused by an upstairs neighbor. During the first incident, the janitor knocked once and immediately entered after knocking. It was around 8 p.m., and I was half naked, so I was understandably upset that I wasn't given enough time to answer the door. More concerning was the lack of remediation after both flooding incidents. Nothing was really done to properly address the affected areas, and the walls weren't properly checked afterward. I was concerned that this could eventually lead to mold issues. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. We dealt with what we were told wasn't mold for years. Eventually, it spread from the bathroom into the bedroom closet. Management wanted to paint over it, which I refused to accept. At that point, I demanded to be released from the apartment without notice, and they allowed us to leave. Moving out was the best decision we made. Living there had become a nightmare. I now live in a newer, cleaner apartment, and I've noticed that my sinuses have been much better since leaving. Maintenance was also consistently slow in my experience. It often took around two weeks to get something repaired or completed, and I would have to repeatedly remind the office to follow up. I was friendly with one of the janitors, and he told me that there were only two of them handling the maintenance work, so hopefully staffing has improved since then. There are also safety concerns for pet owners. Coyotes do come into the area and, during my time there, one attacked a small dog while someone was walking it. I would be very cautious about walking pets around the property, especially at night. There were also people coming onto the property in the mornings with shopping carts, going through trash and collecting things, which added to the overall feeling that the property wasn't being adequately controlled. If you decide to live here, document everything. Take pictures, keep records, and communicate with management through email whenever possible so you have a written record of maintenance requests, incidents, and conversations. After six years, I can honestly say that leaving was one of the best decisions I made. I hope things have improved for the current residents, but based on my experience from 2019-2025, I would not choose to live here again.
