Jaime & Julian are easily the best maintenance people I've ever come across. They are kind, smart, efficient, and fantastic to work with. They are genuinely good people and I am fortunate to have them as resources when things need to be fixed. They are a massive reason we've stayed here and not moved because we can trust they are always available and reliable. The building is beautiful and they have great amenities such as a gym, pool, BBQ, and walking path. The neighbors are great, it's typically young working people or young families. The walls are thick so you NEVER hear any noise. read more

If you are considering this complex, I think it is important you understand there are only 2 maintenance staff members, and in my opinion, at least one of them is off work, often. Front office miscommunication issues amongst themselves led to us being bait and switched for our move in date. When I toured the unit and put my deposit down, I was told we could move in as soon as the next week, and I was told to put in a 60 day move in date place holder down. Once the app is approved were told it'll be another month until we can move in. Its costing us lot's of money as the whole reason we picked this place was the fast move in I was assured of, and since we're approved none of our hold or deposit are refundable, so we cant just find a different apartment. Ultimately not a huge deal, unfortunate the front office isn't willing to work with us to resolve this at all, to the point of the manager walking away from me while we were having a calm, adult discussion about it. A second manager was miraculously able to move our date up by a week, even though that was previously impossible due to the maintenance schedule. Now our move in date is only 3 weeks after what was discussed at the time of our deposit. read more

This has to be the all time greatest experience of you are looking my to rent. Whether you're between homes or long term leasing these spacious beauties have features that usually end up disappointing renters, like tiny kitchens and janky layouts. Not Rendezvous! The kitchen space with island counter and storage is bigger than the 5 bed house I move from and the space feels more open. Natural lighting everywhere and because they built on top of the hill, the breeze is so nice during these summer months! I was in need of a place in a rush, with two kids and no time to waste...every other apartment build was more stressful and difficult compared to helpful and welcoming. Then I met Crystal :) she's an incredible human being. She could tell I was ready to write the check but organizing all the paperwork and whatnot was probably making me look like a 15 year old boy with ADHD. Crystal went so above and beyond to patiently guide and assist with the process, all the while very meticulously explaining the process and allowing me to make a decision that felt right not rushed. I can't tell you how drastically different the experience working with Crystal was compared to competitive apartments in the area where I felt pressured or ignored. She even showed the unit 2 or 3 times to my kids to help me ease them into the transition as the move was stressful for the little ones. She's one of a kind...fingers crossed she's single. I have lived at the Rendezvous Apartments for 7 months now and love this community. I have lived in apartments my entire adult life so I know a bit about apartment living. The apartments are lovely and so is the community. It is quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. There is a nice little walkway that I see people waling on. It's great to take a little break and go for a walk. Even though people have dogs constant dog barking (as I have experienced in other communities) does not seem to be present here. Even though there is construction going on, in my location it is not an irritation, and I am very sound sensitive. Apartment location would be something to consider as they build the expansion if sound is an issue for you. Management and maintenance follow up on issues quickly. One case in point. There was a piece of equipment in the gym that was not working. I put in a maintenance request and I think it was no more than a day or two and it was fixed. My last community had ongoing malfunctioning gym equipment that was out of order for MONTHS despite having put in work orders. The team here has also followed up on all my apartment maintenance requests quickly and promptly. As a renter the office team is very important to the success of the community and ones comfort and satisfaction. The office team is great, very friendly and very responsive (again, the best I have experienced. The sound proofing between apartments on top of each other could be a bit better, I hear NOTHING next door. It's a family friendly community that has seniors, families with kids and members who are active service members. I find all the neighbors to be friendly as well. read more

I really, really like this complex! This is the first time I've ever lived in an apartment complex! In regards to my personal experience, everything has been wonderful! The team is very thorough, fast, friendly and efficient. They are so timely & so far every experience I've had in relation to the apartments has been awesome! Beth, Orlando, Crystal and Rosie in the leasing office are all so wonderful! The complex is safe, the neighbors are amazing, I will not name them but they're all so friendly and welcoming (you know who you are). The community is beautiful! It is clean and the pool area is like a resort w/BBQ's, showers, gazebo, tables, fireplace, jacuzzi, etc.. This community wouldn't be complete without daily maintenance by two strong pillars, Sean & Andy! They're rockstars! I love the quiet close cupboards & I cannot hear my neighbors. I've lived here for about 3 years, it's nice, well maintained, and filled with amenities to enjoy. My favorite thing here is the pool with built in grills and the gym. Each month they put flyers on each door to update residents about anything and even recipes on it. The ladies at the front desk are always kind to me. Very saddened at the lack of sympathy this apartment complex has. Due to health issues and so on, I went and discussed terminating my lease. Management didn't hear me out nor have any respect for my health. Was told I couldn't terminate (only apartment complex that does this) and brushed off with no care about my well being. What has once been nice apartment complex and surely gone down hill due to poor management. We visited Rendezvous Apartments around 1yr ago in our apartment search. We never ended up renting there or even applying and this is why. Management acted as though they were renting in Beverly Hills, very condescending, especially one female who, at the time was the manager. It was a pretty new complex and parking was already a problem. The apartment front doors were all in an indoor hallway that echoed. Imagine the constant noise and possible urine smells. With your balcony facing cars. They said the materials were granite, which is a lie. I have family members who work with Earth materials, and they weren't it. And finally, we didn't want to drive over the speed bumps at such an incline everyday. read more

Worst Apparent Complex! They constantly changed rules while we lived there. We had to pay first months rent, last months rent, and an extra months rent to move in. They got the date wrong on one of our forms and sent us back the one page to sign and didn't tell us that they changed the entire document. They never wrote down that we paid first, last, and a deposit so they recharged us last months rent even though we showed them bank statements. It has now been over a year since we moved out and they refuse to give us our deposit back and the last months rent we double paid. We just keep getting told it's not their problem and to talk to the parent company that refuses to do anything. read more

I have lived in several apartment complexes in the inland empire and the Rendezvous apts has been the best place by far! The location is convenient, their amenities are awesome, the rent is reasonable and their service is super. Recently I had an issue with my garage opener and as soon as I brought it into their office, the nice friendly lady, Crystal, was able to change the batteries out right away. She also was very helpful showing me and creating a code to open my garage in case I didnt have my garage opener! They have a nice, clean work out room and a fancy mailbox area where you can pick up your packages. I would definitely recommend this place!!! read more

Great apartments. But management has definitely gone south. There is only one person in the leasing office now worth dealing with (Crystal). Maintenance and grounds are great- love Andy and Shawn. But back to the manager -They treat you like a child. Today we received a notice that " we kindly ask you don't have guests after 5pm or stay overnight ". Sorry I pay almost 3k a month. Unless you have offsite parking and a shuttle to bring my guests here lower my rent or back off. I love my apartment but the condescending tone from management in her door postings is enough for me not to renew. I had more freedom when I lived in the dorms. The issue isn't overnight guests it's people who don't use their garages. read more

Recently just moved in and have had non stop problems with the leasing office and neighbors above. I feel like the wall in between the 1st and 2nd floor are paper thin and can hear everything, from kids bouncing off the walls and riding scooters through the apartment all day and night long. I've complained several times and they tell me it's "Normal Living". I've tired to terminate my lease early because I couldn't deal with the living conditions any more and they told me there was no early termination policy and I was screwed and had to deal with it. I've lived in apartments for about 8 years now and this complex is probably the worst. If I could give it a half star I would. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. This place sucks. ***response to management*** I've already talk to the "highest I could go" in management, and they were also "unable to help" as the noises I hear is "basic apartment living" and "there is no break in the lease." I'm not even home because I can't handle the frikin thin walls and noise from upstairs. I was NEVER given the option to pick where I wanted to live, I was told that the apartment I live in, was "the only one available." Shoot, I've been living here since January and the utilities STILL haven't been set up. So unless you can break my lease, there's no need to keep getting told the same crap, and I will CONTINUE to warn everyone about these apartments and how unprofessional and unorganized it is here. read more

We haven't rented an apartment since our college days - in our 70's and living here until our house is finished - the complex is clean - quiet and honestly the people that work here are super nice and helpful. Maintenance comes quickly and are very respectful. We have a 3rd floor apt - no elevator but is good exercise. The place is very clean and we were able to look at many floor plans before deciding on which one would best fit our needs. The unit is quiet - we never hear neighbors. If I had any negative comment it would be that there is a beautiful grassy area near the pool and center fountains. Perhaps a designated area for dogs would be prudent as there are many bare spots from the dogs relieving themselves- A shame to ruin the grass - Another grill would be helpful as well - there are many families here and the two grills are typically occupied on a Sat/Sun. This complex is well maintained in comparison to others in Temecula. Close to grocery stores - restaurants and services. We love it. Crystal and Orlando walked us through the process and they were professional and extremely helpful!! read more

I have been living at Rendezvous for the past year, and I must say that Rosie, Crystal, and Orlando has been outstanding. Orlando has been there to answer my questions when needed and Crystal showed me to my apartment and made the move-in process easy. Rosie has been genuine and makes sure that everything is in check and makes great conversation. Andy, Branden, and the rest of the maintenance team has been great too. The complex provides a modern yet relaxing environment that feels safe. My apartment has been great with a lot of nice amenities. I don't hear any noise and my neighbors have been nice. We moved in this community in February this year. We used to live in Irvine Ca for more than 20 years. We love living here. The apartment is very well built and the space is generous (the only con is the loud a/c), double pain windows, huge balcony, new appliances. The doggie park is useful too. The community office is well organized and people there are really helpful. They care to keep the standards up (i can't say that about Irvine company). Maintenance is very good too. All in all, for us, is a great experience living here. We hope to live here quite a few years before we'll be ready to purchase a house. read more

My husband and I were approved to live at Rendezvous, but decided to go forward with another rental instead. My only complaint is having to be assisted by multiple leasing agents during the application process. They were inconsistent about what documentation was acceptable for submission, and it made everything more stressful then it needed to be. Hopefully they'll improve with communication throughout the staff regarding following the same protocols so that potential tenants will have a much smoother experience then we did. read more

Updated response: Unfortunately Vanessa you have some incorrect information. I was only in the office once to discuss this not multiple occasions. What's done is done I have already paid for the six days I shouldn't be responsible for. I have turned to outside help to remedy my situation. Thanks wish you the best. Went into the leasing office end of February told the main manger that we will no longer be residing here. We weren't sure if we were going to terminate early or not at the time. She gave us papers for paint and what cost would be for other itemized items. She did not give us a 30 day notice paper that day even though she knew we were thinking of termination early. You can't terminate your lease here early. Only property I have ever been at that does this. Seems a lot of others are unhappy with that aspect as well. Our lease ends May 25th. It angers and upsets me that I went in months ahead to avoid a situation like this. I told main manager how we wanted to terminate early possibly was given itemized papers but not a 30 day notice. That makes me even more upset because if we actually did terminate early I would have still had to stay longer not receiving that 30 day notice that day. They knew we weren't staying here we have a house told them all about it. I don't see why I wasn't given a 30 day notice that day. The only thing that was unsure is if we were terminating early or staying until May 25. We definitely weren't staying here past that. We told you purchased house in another state. I feel I should have been given this notice since I told months in advance how I am not staying at this property so you as a company had plenty of time to fill our spot with another resident. My husband went into the office on May 1st to ask about Pod location and where we should place. Told it doesn't matter anywhere is fine. Then he is given the 30 day notice. Now instead of my lease ending on May 25 it ends May 31. Paying for 6 days extra that I feel I should not be responsible for but since you have to sign a paper form not electronically an people have very busy lives trying to pay 3,000 a month just to pay rent. I don't see why this paper notice wasn't sent to my door April 25th so my lease could have ended on the proper day. As I told you months in advance. I already paid it an it is done but it's saddening how I let them know months in advance we will not be staying here. The only thing that was up in the air was terminating early. I feel that it is wrong and I am allowed to express that. I have not been happy here unfortunately. I have been told when we tired to complain of noise "that's apartment living" which is very rude. Unless you're on the top floor you hear just bowling balls all day. Paper thin walls. They have a pool which is pretty but I got an infection from it and never used it again. They have a gym but it's very small can't be in there with more than four people. It would be nice for like a home gym but not a community gym as an amenity. I don't enjoy all the plants as I have allergies. They have path ways to walk around but you are running into bees the entire time. I haven't had sleep in a year. I'm happy that in about 20 days I will never have to deal with this again. I am sadden for people that have been taken advantage of here as I have read the other reviews about this property. It seems to be a corporate management problem. Hopefully in the future they can change their policies to benefit their residents instead of trying to undermine them. read more

This is truly the finest place in Temecula, the community is amazing. I met Orlando and Arianna from the leasing team on the first day when I got here to look for an apartment. I was really tight on time and Orlando went above and beyond to get my paperwork done on time and facilitated my move in, he even worked late before the Thanksgiving day to process my application! Arianna is very professional and compassionate, she helped with everything I needed on the first day including setting up my utilities! It was a great experience working with the whole team. Crystal also showed courtesy and is always happy to help with any matter. In response to their response: I was reached out to and told, after I picked up my holding deposit, "oh we will accept a year up front but there will be some exceptions/rules.". I let that call go to voicemail, but I responded to their email and offered to share my experience and gave a tiny overview of what had happened. Their email response was essentially "ok you're not interested anymore, we've sent your feedback to the application team.". So, they were uninterested in finding out why that process had gone wrong, and weren't interested in apologizing for the way things have been handled. No. This hasn't been "resolved". It simply is that I am, obviously, no longer interested in their apartments. I applied for AND moved in to another, more expensive, nicer, apartment in less than 24 hours after this happened with Rendezvous. Their process is broken, or something went wrong with my application, and they aren't able to address that they messed up. I am so extremely disappointed to be writing this review. I came in Saturday for a tour and ended up applying that night with a holding deposit (which I still need to come in to retrieve physically, as they only accept cashier checks/money orders). I'm stuck in a hotel because of a last-minute move for a great job that I've already started. I was denied on Tuesday, after I had to call every day for an update, despite the fact that my background and credit reports came back Saturday night. I was denied for: My income not being enough, and my rental history showing short leases. My husband would be on the lease, and together we make more than 5x the rental amount. My husband lives out of state at his duty station, and I had previously maintained a career in another state and couldn't follow him. I've lived in CA for 10+ years previously and had to move back recently on short notice for an amazing job opportunity. Any of our 'short leases' have been agreed upon and paid for with the prior leasing agencies and we're in good standing with all of them. My, and my husband's, credit score is great and I have no 'bad' records, no missed payment, etc. I also even own a home that is currently rented out with a good tenant history with income coming in. They called my new boss to confirm employment, which was confirmed. I offered this apartment complex to pay for the entire year in advance, they rejected the offer. I offered to bring on a co-signer, they rejected that offer. I have no idea how they expect anyone to be able to qualify if I've hit these restrictions. I'm a previous leasing agent myself and am speechless and disheartened. It feels a little like I'm being discriminated against for maintaining my own career while being married to someone who is active duty military. read more

We lived in this complex for over a year! Rosie and her team are the best group of people we've dealt with. From the day we applied and were approved, our experience has been a positive one. From front office to the maintenance crew, they all were very helpful and easy to get ahold of if we had questions or concerns. The apartment was new and our perfect fit. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the constant noise of tenants above us. The walls are very thin and you can hear every step being taken amongst other "noises" of the neighbors. DO NOT RENT a place here. They are liars and are the only place I have ever heard of that uses your NET income and not GROSS income. Try using your net income on your taxes and see how far you get with IRS. They profile you and act like they are doing you a favor. The Rendezvous is awesome! From the neighbors to the staff, everyone is friendly and happy to be here. The pool and the gym are some of the main attractions, and both are very well-maintained. Just realize the apartments are brand new so there might be slight problems at first and the staff is more than happy to help! I've lived in quite a few apartments, and these are BY FAR the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. First of all, there's only one lady in the front that is actually nice. Manager and even REGIONAL manager are very rude. Second, I never got the option of where to live, so I had to suck up bottom floor. THESE WALLS ARE SO RIDICULOUSLY THIN, I CAN HEAR UPSTAIRS PRACTICALLY COUGH! I've had to complain so many times because there's kids riding scooters, jumping, running, etc., and according to them, that's "normal living." I tried to break my least, a month after living year because I can't take it, but there is NO breaking of the lease. You have the option to move out, but you are responsible for the rest of your term to pay. I'm seriously in such shock that there are apartments like this, especially when you pay what you do...but I wish I would have reconsidered. Hopefully this helps others because I wouldn't recommend at all. I'm stuck and I refuse to be home because the noise is SO bad. read more
