Our family of 4 plus 2 dogs lived there for 5 years. The staff was always super friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had there. The school district is amazing and you are close to everything. Additionally, we were friendly with most of our neighbors. I have a few things to keep in mind that isn't staff related: 1) It's an apartment complex and you will have someone above or below you. My downstairs neighbor routinely said we were being to noisy and complained allot and we are not noisy. Meanwhile I was awoken from their snoring pretty regularly. Walls are thin you will hear "things". 2) Parking can be a pain, you can get a covered spot or garage for an extra fee. Note the garages have no outlets so if you want to do anything but park your car options are limited. 3) Crime rate is low, a few parked car break-ins, mail box break-ins occurred and they have found homeless persons in unsecured cars before. All in all, it's a safe place where you could call home. read more

This place is amazing. We moved here from out of state and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we get the apartment that we wanted. I can't praise Marrissa, McKenna, and Daisy enough they were very patient with us from the beginning of the process until the end and they answered every question we had and I had a lot. After moving in and living here for over a month this place is super quiet and safe. The apartment inside is newly renovate. I love living here, the office staff is amazing, prices are far better than most newly renovated spots, and maintenance is quick to respond. The only complaint I do have is the parking situation where if you have more than one car for your single mandated parking spot, then good luck trying to find a visitor spot for the night. This is due in part to other tenants being shiesty, who keep swapping cars in the same spots to maintain control... As a community, just like all others that are not gated, there are shady people who come around, and occasional animals, but its normally quiet enough. Signal 88 security makes an appearance every once in a while, but they are as useless as a chihuahua as a guard dog... but that's a review for another time and place! read more

My family and I have lived here for almost a year and we Love it here. We love our apartment it's so cute and cozy, and the neighborhood is so friendly and you feel safe at night there is a lot of lights so it doesn't feel creepy or sketchy at night when getting home. A Huge plus is that All of the ladies that work at the front are SO kind and sweet and never ever have attitude.. and I've lived in apartments for the last 6 years and that is So uncommon I've dealt with some pretty unfriendly people in the front office, so it is very refreshing! If something breaks they are extremely quick to come and fix it. All in all, we are very happy to live here and just had to share :) read more

Notice how management wants to blame all there problems on a concerned resident. Check the pool video. Kids know how to access the pool without any adults nearby. Despite over a dozen emails to them to address potentially fatal safety concerns. I had to reach out to city hall to make them go to a dollar store to buy a lock and chain. Yes its true I want to leave for another apartment complex nearby because this place is dangerous. When I asked about leaving and about mitigation they yelled at me saying we don't do mitigation.mitigation is the law so by that statement they're saying that they break the state law. I'm going on my 2nd year. Love this place. Diana and Dorothy in the office are great people and always helpful. They make sure to take care of any issues that come up and totally go above and beyond for their residents. I actually moved here from another complex in the area and it is NIGHT & DAY different. All my neighbors are very respectful and I love that we have a very diverse community. I'm not an animal guy, but even the neighbors dogs are very well trained and they don't bark..... I'm changing my review from 5 to 1 if I could do negative I would. I loved my apartment but they don't mention that every morning at 4 ish am the post office will wake you up with the slamming around of work. If you are on the second story you will be harassed by your downstairs neighbor and the office to be a mouse so forget having a child here it was myself and my five year old son neither of us were hardly home but when we were they were knocking on the door complaining for ya know living lol. After I moved out I was told everything was good to go and now I'm hit with a $450 bill for urine stains in carpet when never once did I keep a pet in this home and have a fully potty trained son. Still fighting with them on this. For pretty much six months of the year the pool wasn't useable. I've became friends with a few people that rented here and were bullied by the office manager and charged ridiculous amounts for cleaning and damages. I am no saint I left my apartment a mess in my Opinion dusty etc when leaving because they told me too since they would charge anyway and then sent me photos of my condition which made me laugh out loud again, also did I mention the insane outbreak of ants, and my ac that pretty much never worked. Just moved here from Atlanta , we only had the internet and pictures that Diana the manager took for us to make our decision to live here. This is the first time we have moved somewhere without visiting the area or apartment first, it was a big gamble. Anna kossack made the experience easy and we were able to do everything over the phone or via email and fax to have the apartment ready when we arrived in Temecula. I LOVE living here! I've been here for over a year now and just renewed my lease. The apartments are kept clean, neighbors are respectful and management is great. If I ever came into a problem in regards to the home management would always be on top of it to offer me a solution or send maintenance over. The master bedroom and bathrooms are spacious, as well as the closets and pantry. My other favorite parts of the home include central AC controlled via nest, patio washer/dryer and heating lamps in the bathroom. read more

My fiancé and I moved into our apartment in January 2017 and we absolutely love it here! Our apartment is very nice, and we love our vaulted ceilings on the second floor. The community is very quiet, and all of our neighbors are friendly. The property is very well maintained, and I have never felt unsafe. All of our interaction with Diana and Dorothy, as well as the maintenance staff have been great. They are super friendly and incredibly accommodating. I also love that most mornings when I wake up and take my dogs out, I can see hot air balloons in the sky over the wineries. It is a great community, and is central to all of the best that Temecula has to offer. read more

Something illegal about people making you move into an apartment that's going to be constantly under construction 24 worked on then only give you one parking space for every apartment even if you are in a two bedroom. It is illegal for them to leave personal information on your doormat but yet this is what these people do! read more

My wife and I loved it here. We had a hilltop unit with a really nice view and it felt somewhat secluded. We appreciated that there wasn't a problem having our dog (chow chow) stay here with us. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, they were always on it, usually the same day. I hear so many horror stories from friends living at apartments with bad management, and believe me that was not the case here.It was very quiet here, and we always felt safe living here. We stayed here for 5 years and we really are going to miss it! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone! read more

From the beginning of my time living there until the end the management was so professional towards me and always very helpful. I appreciate their people skills very much. The complex was always kept clean. I lived in two different 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments different versions and both were so spacious!! Whenever an issue occurred maintenance was right on it. My experience here at Margarita Summit sucked. I wouldent refer them to anyone. The inside of the units are nice but management there sucks. They where on my ass about my service dog the hole entire year I was there. I have a service dog, he is a Yellow Lab because I have Grand Mall seizers frequently. I had givin them many different types of proof that he was a real certified service dog and after givin them many different documents and letters from the company "K9 Support Teams" where I had paid $16K for him towards the end of the lease they told me that I had gave them TO MUCH information. After that when my lease was over they had charged me for many different things and cleaning fees. They litterly wanted me to clean the OUTSIDE part of the window mind you I lived on the second floor so they wanted me to take out the screen and hang out the window and clean it, you can't make this shitt up I'm dead serious.... Then they wanted me to wipe down and clean all the window tracks and blinds and multiple other things by the time I moved out it was cleaner then it was then wen I moved in. So that being said if you stay here don't expect your deposit back and hopefully you don't have a service dog.‍ read more

My husband and I have lived here since May, and it is by far our favorite place we have lived in. This place is well kept. When you put in a work order, the office staff and maintenance workers are there within the day. Diana and Dorthy in the office have nothing but respect when they talk to you, and truly care about the people that live here. The apartments their self are beautiful, newly remodeled with all new appliances that work very well. If I did ever have an issue i have no doubt that it would be fixed in a very timely manner. The maintenance men are always working very hard and are fast and efficient. They are also always doing upgrades. Recently, they put new plants, nice rocks, and re-painted all the parking space numbers. Its nice to see they keep up on all the normal wear n tear outside. Another thing that's great about this place is that it is SO QUIET! My husband and I actually jokingly said to eachother that it seems like no one else lives here, because you never hear noise. It feels safe to let you kids outside to play here, and there is alot of visitor parking! Garages are nice sized, and the property is well kept. Pool and spa are always clean too! We have loved living here, since day 1 and i don't see that changing. read more
