Management is unresponsive, disorganized, and frankly, rude. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks (if they're even acknowledged), and when someone finally shows up, the work is usually rushed or incomplete. You're better off fixing things yourself or just living with the problem. Noise is another major issue -- the walls are paper thin. You'll hear every word your neighbors say, every dog bark, and every footstep above you. If you value sleep or privacy, this is not the place for you. The rent is ridiculously high for what you get. They tack on hidden fees and raise the rent with zero justification. And good luck getting your deposit back -- they'll find every excuse to charge you for "damages" that were already there when you moved in. Parking is a nightmare, trash is constantly overflowing, and don't even get me started on the security -- or lack thereof. Packages go missing often, and the gates? Rarely work. In addition they rip you off when moving out with fees that are not legitimate. Save yourself the headache and keep looking. Management was always so nice and listened to any and all concerns. They are all just so wonderful. Makes me sad seeing some negative reviews because I cannot relate. We never had a bug problem. The apartments are beautiful. Nice vaulted ceiling. They keep the complex very clean. It's close to the freeway. Pet friendly. In unit washers and dryers. Beautiful pools. They are the best! Highly recommend these apartments. I have told many people about them and how awesome they are. Even when we moved out, we owed a little bit but we felt it was very fair. They had a paint and sip for Mother's Day, and were giving out succulents for Earth Day. It's really sweet of them! They often have food trucks come on, and it's always a surprise to see them here. As for the apartment itself, it's great! Lots of space, and great for the price too. We found that it's comparable to most of the other properties nearby. We have an upstairs neighbor, and we hear their dogs running around, but normally that's done by about 9pm, and we haven't heard anything else. We'll be renewing our lease when it's time. The appliances are of good quality and repairs are made promptly, often on the same day. I doubt I ever waited more than 2-3 days for a repair, and the maintenance team does an excellent job every time. The grounds are kept clean. The landscapers keep the grounds beautiful. It's very quiet. I only needed to make one noise complaint during all those years. The security patrol showed up promptly and took care of it. In the few times we needed to report any kind of rule breaking or disturbance by a neighbor, the office staff was totally responsive. Unlike many other complexes, they never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Instead, they were grateful that we were looking out to help maintain the quality of life in the community. They're on top of everything and always take care of whatever issues come up. They have 2 nice pools and a decently stocked gym. Plenty of guest parking. The office staff always has a friendly greeting and is extremely helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond.
