I randomly got a yelp notification saying Cleopatra Patisserie has been trending (stop listening to our conversations internet...lol). I texted Deena the owner and she arranged a 6 macaron box to try out. The best way is to text her to see what flavors she currently has. I picked them up and they were beautifully packaged. They even came with a description and ingredients for each flavor. I ended up with rose lychee, strawberry Nutella, spiced mocha, and caramel macchiato. The flavors weren't sickening sweet and I loved the macaron texture. My fave was the strawberry Nutella. If you live in the area and need a macaron fix, Cleopatra Patisserie is the way to go!

I decided to try 6, so I chose raspberry, honey lavender, strawberry lemonade, birthday cake, mango passionfruit, and lemon meringue. In all honesty I kind of chose them by their colorful brightness as much as the flavors --- look how pretty they were! Apparently you can store them in the fridge for up to a week (in a Tupperware so they don't change texture), and in a freezer for up to a month. Guess what?! They didn't last even an hour because my husband, daughter, and I tried two each. I especially enjoyed lemon meringue. Next time I'll try dark chocolate and tiramisu! The store is at the Ontario Mills mall. Apparently it originated in New York and this Woops is the only one in California. My baby shower theme was Disco Baby and I wanted dark magenta Macarons, raspberry jam filling and an edible silver foil smear. I messaged the business and Caron replied to my inquiry well within the hour of sending. I sent her my vision and she confirmed she can have it ready! At first she only had the option for silver edible paint and that was totally fine. She had them ready a day prior to the event and with a surprise text she told me she was able to do the silver foil add ons I originally requested for!! When I got the macarons they were more perfect than I imagined!! They we're perfectly sized and puffy! It was a very good surprise when I found these little pieces of heaven at the Farmer's Market! Even better when I got home and took my time enjoying my macaroon. Champignon: Hazelnut crunch at the bottom with hazelnut creme. The mushroom cap had a small layer of sponge cake and hazelnut creme on top. Lychee rose: Very light on lychee flavor, there's a combination of lychee and a light rose scent. It's layered with sponge cake, 2 layers of jelly. Sweetness similar to Asian cake.
