My best friends went here to get their hair done and to say they were entirely disappointed with their experience is an understatement. They both have dark brown hair due to having box-dyed it and were aware of the implications that come with the balayage process. Only one of my friends found it reasonable to go through with it, and immediately regretted it given that she had the worst experience possible. Not only did she show her hair stylist a photo of what she wanted her hair to look like (knowing full well that it wouldn't be exactly like the photo), but the stylist went ahead and dyed her hair a completely awful and different way. She knew that my friend was not happy with her hair, but the salon made her pay anyway. My friend wanted a refund and called multiple times before they got back to her FIVE days later. When she finally got a call back, she was met with the most unprofessional and shameful excuse of a manager I've ever heard. This amanda mcgrail woman refused my friend a refund of over $100 despite her being extremely upset with the awful way her hair turned out. She screamed over the phone at my friend that she knew nothing about hair or the processes that come with dyeing her hair. Even so, shouldn't any manager treat people with respect and encourage customer satisfaction? This was unacceptable and completely out of line. My friends may not know everything about hair, but this woman surely know nothing about managing a successful business. Screw this place, it's an embarrassment compared to other quality salons. read more
