This team has a sense of urgency, and professionalism that is hard to find in a property management company. I can't recall having a vacancy last even a month as they were able to find tenants quickly with a reliable payment history. When maintenance issues arose they were quick to notify me, present solutions, and hire the right individuals to resolve the issue. They are well versed in household repairs so they are able to keep the cost down and vendors accountable. They also kept the tenants happy throughout the repair process as well. I was fortunate to have this team work for me and would hire them again without hesitation. David, Steve, Nicholas, Jason and team did and continue to do an incredible job. On April 9, 2025, a water leak originating from the bathroom of the unit above mine -- managed by…read morethis property management company -- caused my ceiling to collapse. This has resulted in significant property damage that remains unresolved to this date. I contacted Nicholas at this company immediately following the incident. While the company did acknowledge responsibility for the damage caused by the unit they manage, they have since failed to follow through with any action. No repairs have been arranged, and I have not been offered any compensation for my damages despite their acknowledgment. This is the second time this same unit has caused damage affecting my property. A reputable property management company has a responsibility to ensure that the owners they represent maintain their units to an acceptable standard -- particularly when neglect directly harms neighboring residents. This company has acknowledged fault yet still failed to make it right. I am requesting that this company take immediate action to: 1. Follow through on their acknowledgment of responsibility and arrange for full repair of my ceiling and any related property damage. 2. Compensate me for all losses incurred as a result of this incident. 3. Take corrective measures to ensure this unit does not continue to cause damage to neighboring owners. This company's repeated failure to hold their clients to a basic standard of care -- and their inaction even after accepting responsibility -- is a serious concern that reflects poorly on their business practices. I am seeking the BBB's assistance in reaching a fair and timely resolution.

The only positive interaction we had that was with our sales/RealEstate agent. The financing was…read morea mess, and even though we were preapproved by Pulte Mortgage 7 months in advance, when we deposited our escrow monies, 24 hours before closing Pulte RealEstate wanted us to pay all cash. The builder quality is very average, which we were aware as listed on our closing paperwork. It has now been five months since closing and we still have major appliances that have and will be out for five weeks. We had to buy additional appliances of our own , as Pulte would not lend us an interim appliance. Who needs to buy two appliances for a brand new house under warrantee? A new Pulte Homeowner..... One of the contracting managers asked about side jobs, which Pulte did not offer. He took our monies and never did the work. Although Pulte did make good on this one person's dishonesty, it was an added stressor that was not needed. Finally, the HOA that is hired is horrible. Since Pulte is still building in the subdivison, we are yet not allowed to make on which management company to hire. To get landscaping approved it took 28 emails, and 7 phone calls. The plans were pulled right from the the ARC covenants we were handed at closing. Overall, love, love, love the neighborhood. I am not sure I would build with Pulte. I would find a resell. The stress was all unnecessary, poorly communicated, if at all, and complete disinterest by all Pulte employees, but the sales ladies/REalEstate agents.

He was professional, really easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect house for us. We were first time home buyers and had so many questions and Seth always took the time to patiently explain things throughly. You can tell he genuinely loves teaching and supporting his clients throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was how good he was at figuring out what was important to sellers and helping us put together strong, competitive offers. Even when some of our offers weren't accepted, he always followed up to find out why, and one of the seller's realtors even told us we should feel proud to have him as our realtor :) He was always willing to go see houses with us last minute, pile a bunch into one day, or make time on weekends too. At the beginning of working together, he had us write out a description of our perfect home, and we revisited after we purchased our house and realized we were able to check off every single important item to us.
