Is there 5+ stars because Tracy deserves it!! She spent so much time looking at houses and worked around my schedule and let my friends come along. If I couldn't make it to a new listing, she would offer to send videos of the house with details of what she saw as she walked through the house. During the inspection period, she sent my parents videos as well because I needed my dad's approval and she was on top of it! During the longer than expected closing period, she was checking in and giving me updates from the builder and even called the city to help understand what was going on every day. Even after the mess of a close due to the builder, she is still with me adding like my "mom" making sure all of my issues after the close was taken care of and contacting the builder to get help. I did a 1035 exchange a year ago. I sold a rental property in the DC area and bought two in Atlanta. Before beginning my search, I contacted and spoke with 5 realtors. I went with Tracy because she was prompt in getting back to me, listened to me regarding what I was looking for, provided me with relevant information, and did not try to impose her views on me. During the process, she regularly sent me new listings to review based on my investment parameters, and helped me negotiate which listings might be better suited for me.
