She has a lot of great reviews, and I do not mean to detract from that. I wish her the best, but at the same time, I thought that, in all fairness, I need to tell of my experience. My own take is that she was usually a step slower than others to respond. And while everyone else went to look at the condo before getting back to me, she didn't. Both of these may be on account of the fact that she holds down a different day job. Perhaps she has an assistant or two at her disposal, but I'm skeptical that she would be able to provide the attention that I would have needed. Others who had a good experience with her - good for you. I decided to go a different way.

I was in an unfortunate situation to find a home during the Covid crisis, I found him on GAMLS site for rental homes. As before I would give them a call or text..as most of them never answered. I was constantly being told that the homes were no longer available and getting discouraged. I spoke with Titus, we set up a time, was very prompt and courteous. (We followed the six foot rule lol) I instantly fell in love with this home. I felt that it was perfect for me and my family. I soon found that my move out date was conflicting with the owners move in expectations so I was advised that there were several others that are interested and that one even had cash in hand!! I was devestated!! Typically once the realtor has received word an application was received..thats the end all be all usually. I usually never hear from the realtor after that. But Titus took this opportunity and offered to help me look for other rentals. I was shocked! I thought wow this is wonderful!!! Because i wasn't having any luck on my own. He simply asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my criteria and within 24 hours I received a link via email with almost 60 property listings to choose from! Titus patiently worked with me to tweaked my criteria to my likings...but somehow I still couldn't find what I wanted. The previous house I had my eye on I was comparing it to every other house I saw! Lol 2 weeks later Titus asked if I was still interested in the original home...I screamed!!!! I wasted no time and jumped on it!...and GUESS WHAT!! I GOT THE HOUSE!!! Titus is AMAAZING!! He really didn't have to extend himself the way he did honestly...most realtors I've come across will not invest much time in leasing.. only selling homes and thats ONLY if you have what they're looking for..Titus turned what I thought would be impossible to do because of the pandemic... possible!
