My cut and color is always exactly what I want. I feel so comfortable with Abby doing my hair that I can literally say "do whatever you think will look best" and I know it will turn out perfect. I've never felt that way prior to Abby. She's up to date on the latest styles and colors. If I ask for tips on how to better take care of my hair, she will give great advice/tips without pushing products on you. Not to mention, she's got a comfy and well decorated loft at Salon Lofts! They kindly gave us a private room to hang out in and eat snacks and drink champagne and also gave us access to their fridge to store food in for the 4 hours we were there. I would recommend Mitchell's if you are looking for a great spa experience for large groups like a Bachelorette party. There are 5 locations scattered around the Cincinnati area. It is quite luxurious inside, located on the second floor, on top of The Container Store, and offers a wide array of products and services for sale. I didn't buy any products but others in my group did. I did pay for a 60 minute full body massage which cost about $90ish dollars. I haven't had a massage of any kind in about 5 years and, as a jogger, I have some pretty intense knots. My masseuse, Ryan, was kind and most importantly, had strong hands! It wasn't the best massage I have ever had but I do think it was worth the money I paid for the 60 minute session. We all had a wonderful time and felt relaxed and refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the activities planned for the Bachelorette weekend. Side note: By no fault of Mitchell's, we chose to go to Kings Island the next day after our massages and made our backs sore again from the rough and jerky roller coasters! Whoops!

You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. Also this is all after my appointment two weeks before was canceled by your stylist. Never had that done before by a stylist thought. Hell I would've taken a different stylist that day. I would've even waited . But you guys just immediately canceled on me. It seemed like you really wanted to get out of there. It was close to the end of your hours at the salon.
