Is it a huge amount of things to do/see? No but for a free attraction, it's pretty great. Parking is across the street -- lot is shared with Zilker Park and all the nearby attractions so it can get busy.

The indoor welcome center has so much for them to learn and touch, and they love bringing things to turn in to the front desk to collect points and coins to use in the "shop". I highly recommend! My son and I worked side by side on our own batches, watching and listening to chef Pascal as she walked us through the process. Bake Austin provided a way for my son and I to spend special time together during quarantine. Not only that, we learned a great deal and have become better cooks because of it. Since the class I purchased an oven thermometer and a scale. I leaned that my oven takes much more time than I thought to come up to temp! My younger son watched a recording of a brownie class from Bake Austin and made a batch of brownies. The next day he flipped through my cook book and made a 2nd batch of brownies. He's baked at least once per week since watching his first Bake Austin video. I think the video made him realize he could bake, and bake he has! During our strange quarantine period Bake Austin and Chef Pascal have been a bright spot in our lives. I'm incredibly grateful for their time and effort and I hope they receive enough paying customers to make it.

They have an insane selection of toys. Cars, musical instruments, trucks, dolls, pretend food. They have an outside area with a beautiful playhouse, chalk, the coolest trampoline I've ever seen, and giant blocks. The endless activities aren't the only thing that sets figment apart. The teachers there are so kind and happily play with the kiddos. Lastly, and probably my favorite part of this place, there's so many animals! They've got cats, goats, a guinea pig, a bunny, a tortoise (I think lol), and birds. My son always puts up a fight to leave! Figment is our favorite place to go when we don't know what to do. I do wish they had memberships available. We'd sign up in a heartbeat.

Staff has little education about skin infections common within gyms 2. Children spread mat infections, colds, and are walking petri dishes 3. Not good spot for adult athletes who want to stay away from becoming sick or coming into contact with potential skin infections 4. Poor self defense and martial art techniques that would cause severe injury in IRL situations are taught to kids here 5. Staff admits to not cleaning as often as they should 6. Gym always has a smell 7. Staff has played Christian music on a speaker during open gym time. Some people have severe traumas regarding Christianity that must be respected and gyms are supposed to be sanctuaries for everyone to feel welcome. Playing Christian music in safe spaces is unethical as it is nonconsensual evangelism. This is a good gym for kids, mostly. Yes there are decent amenities here. I give this place a +4 for effort, a -1 for cleanliness.
