My home warranty sent me three different electricians who could not seem to figure out why the fuses kept blowing out. The gentleman that came was the only one that actually took time to go above and beyond just changing the fuse. Instead he noticed that there were several wires that were loose and he took time to check them and to tighten them. Because of that when he replaced the fuses my electricity is still on and everything is working as it should. This is a honest company and I would definitely recommend them.

We've Been using Sharp Electric since moving to Mesa from Phoenix in 2020…read more We called to make an appointment for some electrical work in our home. Hector arrived on time and we discussed my project on converting numerous ceiling fixtures from incandescent to energy efficient LED. Hector took measurements and worked up and estimate for user provided lighting. Hector returned a week later with the materials to begin our large project. Hector was very efficient, extremely organized and respectful of us and our home. When finished Hector cleaned up the project areas. As a result of his work we've had him back to replace 5 ceiling fans and install a matching one in our new room addition. We a very satisfied with Hector and Sharp Electric.

Todd and Brian showed up on time for our appointment and patiently listened to my tale of woe - a…read moreGC I hired (and fired) had made a mess of my garage renovation project. Todd and Brian rapidly diagnosed problems found in my breaker box and sub panel, answered my questions, explained the issues in a way that I found easy to under. In fact, they were fun to watch and listen to as they went to work confirming what was to code and what was not. After investigating everything and said "no problem". Then I showed them the rest of the mess made by the GC I fired and again "no problem". Then they walked me through the work, to confirm what I wanted done, and recommended some much needed maintenance on some old breakers, which I was happy to get done, and then they gave me a quote. I hired them on the spot. On the scheduled date and time, they showed up and got to work. While they worked, they discovered a number of additional issues, and took care of them all. They discovered a brand new motion detector installed by my GC was wired wrong and was actually fried (my GC tried to tell me was completed work despite the fact that it never worked). The good news is: Todd and Brian finished all of the work on time, including the extra work. They were a pleasure to chat with and work through decisions, throughout the entire process. They were great even at the little things like: - letting us know before they turned the power off - recommending which appliances to turn off first - letting us know before they brought the power back on. - letting us know before they left for lunch, which doors they locked, and when they expected to return. ...this is just good customer service. When all of the work was done, they walked me through everything I asked for, showed everything they fixed or replaced, or installed and they even tripled checked some lines that went to my pool equipment that turned out to be extra. In my humble opinion, they went above and beyond in every way. Every problem I asked them to fix, got fixed. Every installation was exactly how they told me it would be during the estimate. And the work areas were clean (no snipped wires left all over the place, etc.). To me, having just gone through a nightmare scenario? Todd and Brian were exactly what I needed in terms of a positive experience from two qualified electricians, who were easy to chat with, and simply did a great job. I highly recommend Gorsuch Electric!!
