After several calls to different towing companies who gave us ridiculous prices and very unprofessional customer service we finally called the right towing company, Kare Auto Tow. So grateful to the awesome service we received today by Alex and his driver. Driver was on time and very professional. Our driver even gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was less than a few minutes away. Best of all Alex gave us a fair price when noone else would. We highly recommend this business to everyone and hope that everyone has a great experience like we had today.

I have had to take my truck twice to a body shop and have taken it both times to Rev collision. The staff there is extremely nice--customer oriented. If I could rate the performance of the body shop higher than 10 I will do so. My truck looks almost as good as it did when I bought it new. I was able to have a conversation with one of the men in the body shop the first time someone ran into my truck and I suggested a way to maybe cut corners to get it out faster and he became extremely upset. Told me his job was to make the truck better than when it was new.

I give him a "friendly" gesture and he flies past me as I'm going 65 and blows me and my girlfriend a kiss and mild yall we are minors. This is in no way a professional manner in any way. I called Certified Towing since they had 5stars on Yelp, and Tom took care of us. He was able to dispatch a truck for us. It was rush hour, so from call to hookup, it took right at an hour to pick up the car, which is quite reasonable based on the breakdown location. It took me 15 minutes just to get there from down the street. David was our driver and he had a nice personality. Very friendly, professional and social. He also took care when hooking up the car, while I was busy blabbering. We didn't need a ride, but he double checked to make sure. If my wife had been alone, I'm sure she would have felt safe. After David left to take the car to our local shop, Tom conveniently took care of payment over text/digital services, and offered several payment methods. Looks like I have a service on speed dial again!
