I Found the exact same bike, newer, for much less. i Asked for my deposit back and they gave me the run around, asked me to write a letter explaining why I didn't want the bike and then they would refund me. I told them financing was taking too long and I found another bike. The owner John, spoke with my wife, insulting her and threatening to deduct money from the deposit. They are still not refunding the money, and are refusing to give the full deposit back. They are crooks! Stealing innocent people's money and doing bad business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The bike, the day after I got it, turned up a "no start" issue and after contacting VOS, they went into "overdrive" and inside of 24 hours had a mechanic out to look at it. The fix was simple and he was able to get it running at my location, but he was prepared to take it back to the shop to fix it and then deliver it to me again. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Few years back i bought an atv and something went wrong with the drive train. Could've been a blown belt but being 9 months after purchase date i didn't want to open it up to look, ya know, it being under warranty still. Anyways, about a month and a half later i call them back to see whats up and they say "finally, we've been calling you leaving msgs", lies. Turns out to be a blown clutch which cost me $1100ish. Well a few months later my motor blows, i think its seized rings but don't want to take it to them for the work. Not sure where else to get these parts though. Long story short, buy quality! I paid $7,000 up front because I was told I was getting a brand new enclosed mobility scooter . I paid the money and then waited a month and a half for delivery even though I had been told that once it was paid I would have it within 48 hours . After a month and a half of waiting and calling at least 15 times and never getting a return phone call I finally called down and said I wanted my money back since it seemed that nothing was coming . They had sent the invoice which said new mobility scooter . The owner bitched in complained that he had to pay $1,000 to ship it up here. That is not my problem . But yet he mentioned it several times like I should feel bad that he has to pay to ship it . When it got here I was told I was getting a floor model that had been scraped in the showroom but it was new . It got here and the fairing in the front was broken it had obviously been in an accident . The headlights back camera and back brake lights did not work on the right side of the vehicle nor did the windshield wiper . But here's the best part it actually had 1600 km on it . After they had the nerve to send me an invoice that said new . I called down and said I was returning it to which they said that they did not accept returns . I told them that I had a call recorder on my phone which I do and I had the whole conversation with his salesman recorded in which there was no mention of prior owner accident mileage used none of those words came up . I told him I would take him to small claims court at which point he said to bring it back and he would give me back my money . I live in Sudbury so they were located a couple hours away and I'm not sure if they do this to everybody cuz they're just assholes or if they just did it to me because they figured I was far enough away I wouldn't be able to return it . I have never seen such dishonest underhanded unreputable Behavior from a place that is supposed to be a business . My advice to anyone who is thinking of maybe going here would be run . Run very far and don't look back . I'm happy to say that I went to ride the wind mobility scooters and I had one in a week and a half ship to me and I am very happy with it as it is actually new .
