No loyalty towards an 8 year old loyal customer with good payment record. A few of the months payments were missed in the last few months due to some issue at the bank, we had the funds in our account, so we gave them cheques for the payments in the meantime. We got a call from TPine and we resolved the issue from the bank. But, now someone named Soni from T Pine is asking us an extra $330 each for the missed payments which was not at all our fault. No other leasing company will do ask for the money for missed payments.

Examples: loose parts on bottom of truck, swinging around ripping wires off. Boom parts assembled backwards. Jb welded oil pan, bolt was jb welded in, making an oil change impossible. No working a/c when it was stated in contract. We put this on google add services as well. They called our reviews false and defamation of their company. They have lawyers mailing us every day saying that our true accurate statements are false. Use Extreme Caution when dealing with this company.

Worst truck sales dealership... I should say stealership…read more... Bought a truck exactly one year ago for $65k. Truck broke down regularly... def pump Def injectors, Reefer exhaust, Reefer Clutch , and transmission clutch These needed to be replaced within a month. Even though we had warranty which was sold from Universal for 6k was for no use since they declined the warranty work. I had to get work done from hino dealership for total $25k in first month. I was promised that universal with replace air conditioning compressor since it never worked from day 1. After many calls and emails universal failed to that as well... After few more months and another 15k in expense I was like let's trade in truck for brand new one... guess what truck I bought for 65k with warranty and after $40k in repairs it's worth only $7000 according to HINO DEALERSHIP ..... I would suggest please take ur previous money somewhere else... these guys are looters and have 0 customer service.... I was told def pump and injectors were replaced and are under warranty from hino, this was another lie.... Worst dealership experience I ever had and I wouldn't never in my life recommend anyone to do business with universal truck sales in Mississuaga....

why did you lied to me??…read more I called in Monday feb 26th someone answered me his name was Alireza and told me" Sir, the car you sow online I will reserve it for you and then you can come and look at it in Thursday." next morning I called in to fast forward my appointment from Thursday to today. Alireza answered me and said" Yes you can, let's do it at 3pm today." so I drove all the way from st Catharines to Vaughan, one hour and 30 minutes to get there. I have arrived there 2:56pm and when I met with Alireza, he said to me with cold manner, "Car is sold." So, he made me driven all the way for nothing, because he thought he can sold another car for 35k +tax. very strange, unprofessional, and scammy move. My advice for anyone wants to buy a car, do not buy from this ppl, very shad business and scammy.
