I called yesterday, March 31, 2021, talked to the owner, Gregg, who informed me, that since they didn't have the time or resources to safety the bike, he'd knock a few hundred dollars off. Great, I told him, I'd be in the following morning to purchase. I arrived this morning, April 1, 2021, and to my dismay, there was a "Sold" sign on the bike. Gregg had sold the bike from under me!! He knew I was coming in, He NEVER asked me for a deposit over the phone to secure it, not a call to inform me that someone was buying it, NOTHING!! His justification was to tell me that its "nothing personal, its just business". REALLY!!?? Well, if this is the way they do business, that their word doesn't mean anything, that you can't trust what was agreed upon, then what kind of business are they running!!?? Id highly recommend going somewhere else, somewhere where they honor their word and respect their customers!!

Regarding AM SALES, I went there to look for a motorcycle and found one I liked. The salesman…read moreallowed me to put a small deposit on the bike and told me that if I found anything wrong with it during the purchase he would give me my deposit back. I hired a mechanic that I was referred to by someone else to go there and take a look at the bike for me. He reported that everything was good. The salesman printed off a Car Proof report for me. He also gave me the VIN number so that i could go a get an Information package from the Ministry off Ontario. Everything checked out good so I Put a larger deposit on it it and he make up a bill of sale. He told me the bike would be Certified. later he called me and told me that the tires were pretty much worn down but were good enough to pass the safety for Certification. He also said that he was not comfortable with this and that he would replace the tires with good quality ones at no cost to me. The mechanic I hired did not tell me about the tires so I was disappointed with him. I will be more careful in the future about the mechanic I hire. For me AM SALES was really good to me as they could have Certified the bike without telling about the tires. I would recommend them.

I went up to check the bikes out and purchased my first Harley that day. I had requested several accessories be added on so it was going to take a few weeks before I was going to pick it up. Me being excited and anxious after a couple of week I drove back up to check on the progress of the bike and while sitting speaking with Alex, my salesman, I noticed a new 2026 Harley Trike just off to my left. Before I left I ended up trading the Harley I had bought in on this new Trike. Alex from the day I first spoke with him, he was very welcoming, Polite, and knowledgeable about all the bikes there. He answered all of my questions very clearly, gave me all the space I needed to look around. This was my first time in a Harley Dealers Shop. It was truly an amazing experience. On one occasion the did $5000.00 in needed repairs and my bill was $150.00. for a battery I ordered. Pfaff also has helped me out with swag bags for door prizes for every club function, and we are talking top of the line stuff, not the usual end of the line stuff. They do BBQs every Thursday during riding season. This is a dealership that, in my opinion, has set the bar for all others to follow. They have EARNED my loyalty and friendship. WTG PFAFF

When they sold my friend his bike they entered the incorrect VIN number . This was not discovered until my friend was involved in a no fault accident. When he submitted his claim , his insurance denied the claim because of the VIN number. Due to injuries, my friend is unable to work. When he reached out to VOS, they have stalked and ignored him.

Not only did they have a great selection but Alex was very patient and not aggressive to make a sale. He took his time and let me sit and get a feel for what I was looking for. On top of that I was offered close to retail for mine as a trade in. I couldn't resist. It's been a few months and I love my new ride (honda sabre 1100) . why did you lied to me??…read more I called in Monday feb 26th someone answered me his name was Alireza and told me" Sir, the car you sow online I will reserve it for you and then you can come and look at it in Thursday." next morning I called in to fast forward my appointment from Thursday to today. Alireza answered me and said" Yes you can, let's do it at 3pm today." so I drove all the way from st Catharines to Vaughan, one hour and 30 minutes to get there. I have arrived there 2:56pm and when I met with Alireza, he said to me with cold manner, "Car is sold." So, he made me driven all the way for nothing, because he thought he can sold another car for 35k +tax. very strange, unprofessional, and scammy move.
