There was absolutely no response. I too thought this was totally not like this therapist and that something just really had to be wrong. The salon receptionist offered for me to have an appointment with one of their other massage therapists, but I politely declined. I wanted who I was scheduled for and that just didn't happen. I finally did find out from the massage therapist I was supposed to see that she had a life-threatening episode with her elderly mother and she sincerely apologized to me. This salon was quite far away from where we were staying in Naples at the time, so I didn't want to go there again.
