I decided to try this salon because it's much closer to where I live now, and I made appointments for both my friend and I to get pedicures together. When we arrived, the salon was packed. We didn't wait very long, but after seating us side by side in pedicure chairs, they immediately started my friend's pedicure while I sat there for almost 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or explaining the delay. The pedicure itself was honestly very poor quality. The technician seemed rushed and did a very careless job. He didn't even file my toenails, which I have never experienced at any nail salon before. On top of that, nobody even asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I requested a deluxe pedicure, as did my friend, yet somehow even though mine started much later, we both finished at the exact same time, which made the service feel rushed and incomplete. The most upsetting part happened when I paid. The total should have been $110. The woman at the front took my card, crumpled up the receipt, handed my card back, and I tipped both nail technicians separately in cash. After checking my bank account later, I realized my card had actually been charged $120 instead of $110. Between the poor service, lack of attention, rushed pedicure, and incorrect charge on my card, I was extremely unimpressed with this salon and will not be returning.

They were incredibly accommodating and were able to help me facilitate a large group event for Kappa Delta sorority recruitment in back in 2022. Tim was incredibly helpful and we truly enjoyed working with them. We were able to service many members with pedicures or eyebrow service. They also offered complimentary drinks and ensured they would have proper staff to cover us all. I consider this one of the highlights of my sorority memories :). Current FGCU students I encourage you to please continue to make connections with your local businesses! It will greatly benefit you both.

She mumbled Spanish a lot during my time with the other technician. After I had tried to ask for an iridescent sparkle and she kept grabbing gold polish. Iridescent in Spanish is the same in English, so acting like she didn't understand was the opitome of her poor attitude. I even showed her a sample of what I already had done on my toes. The Asian lady took one look and grabbed the ideal polish. It just was annoying because it all left me feeling icky. I shouldn't have to feel abused when going for a nail treat.
