I spoke with a representative named Joe who proceeded to tell me that a small job such as mine is not a service they typically do and said he'd call back to confirm whether they could. He promptly called me back with confirmation that they would. I quickly went there to print out these 2 PDFs which turned out to only be two pages and he kindly printed up two copies of each PDF for me for nothing. Thanks Joe for being so gratuitous and helping me out in my time of need and making this a quick and painless experience! Looking forward to doing more business with Earth Enterprise!

The charity I do graphic design and photo editing for had a surprise United Nations Summit to…read moreattend. With so many issues on the table this is one of the most important visits. We needed propaganda printed on short notice, fitting in our limited budget, and time table. The quality had to be top notch, since the material will be distributed to the likes of the World Bank and Rockefellers. Like Eminem says "you only get one shot." I had to put together the needed material while the charity president was coordinating meetings and whatnot. There was no time to research printers. This had to be done on the Fly while she was airborne heading to New York. My task. Fortunately, I'm a very good internet troll, so I can Breeze through 7 pages of Google placement within a half an hour looking for reviews, rates, the best Communications means. One thing I found annoying was I had to personally call a lot of New York printing businesses in order to get a quote, this was not conducive to my timetable. Another downfall was a printing limit, you had to have print a certain amount in order to get what you needed done. Again, this will not work for what we needed. I'm on a Saturday night, looking for something to be ordered and printed by Tuesday. This means a two day turnaround, communication on a Saturday night or at least the ability to assess what my rates are going to be is highly imperative! I finally settled on New York Printing Solutions as it had the price that I was looking for, positive reviews, and more or less online printing options. The project needed to be completed by Tuesday. I turned the information over to the charity president as soon as she landed in New York, and we moved forward. This was an excellent decision as the product was exactly what we were looking for! The quality of print made the artwork looked like Smithsonian status. Thank you to New York Printing Solutions for saving the day, which helps us save 345 million indigenous peoples worldwide. I once had to update the file a couple of hours after submitting, and they were so quick that they had already printed the documents - but graciously reprinted right away. I've worked with Manny in particular on a couple of orders and he is very responsive, even after business hours! Finally, I trust ABGPrint to make the right recommendation for the deliverable. I don't have that much knowledge of paper weights etc. but when I've shared the files I need (ranging from event menus to professional one-pagers) they have always made the perfect recommendation.

Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.

Personally, I've been working with Straight North for 5 years (spanning two organizations). When I…read moremoved into my current organization and role--heading digital marketing efforts--without reservation, I brought SN in to help devise our SEO strategy.   My experience with Straight North has been fantastic--they live, breathe, eat, and sleep organic search. And it shows in our growth metrics. They provide us with SEO expertise, strategy execution, KPI formation, and reporting. Their team has also provided extensive competitor domain research, keyword trends, website schema markup direction, and content topic lists for new site content. They have also come together with our PPC team to plan, coordinate, and create strategy synergies.   Our initial targets were conservative: The original website was aesthetically appealing, but it was not built with SEO in mind. Our website listing was buried on Page 4 results for our most competitive industry keywords, and as a result site traffic was stagnant. Needless to say, we wanted to improve. Our initial KPIs focused on increasing traffic, qualified by conversion actions (namely quotes--as purchases are influenced by other factors, such as rates/price). However, as a team, we understood that implementing a new SEO strategy would be the "long game" play. It was also clear that to be successful we would need some degree of internal change management (writing/designing for organic search) and consistency (generation of new content). Regarding change management--the Straight North team works as an extension of our team and has educated me to champion SEO efforts and decisions. SEO is now a priority when we redesign or add content to the website.   Within 6 months, we moved from Page 4 to the top of Page 2 for our most competitive keyword. After 14 months (and currently) we show up on Page 1, hovering between position 4 and 6. These results have been amazing, and we are very pleased. Additionally, our organic traffic continues to increase month-over-month, while our cost per acquisition continues to decrease for the channel. We have continued to improve our organic rankings for competitive keywords. As a result, our traffic, quotes, and purchases (attributable to organic search) increased and our overall cost per acquisition has decreased. People are staying on our site longer, and they are finding the info they need to make decisions based on our page views and low bounce rate.   I highly recommend Straight North--they are an extension of our team and an integral part of our digital marketing strategy. Through their sound methodologies, we have achieved (and surpassed) our goal for organic channel traffic and conversions.
