*UPDATE* soon after I posted the review. Instead of texting me to see how can he resolve the problem, Anthony threaded to sue me. I told him to go ahead, and I'll not change anything I wrote here. I'm exercising my first amendment right, my opinion are based on my true experience. So I hired Anthony almost 2 months ago to fix/replace bunch of things in the condo I just purchased. He helped me "fix" the pipe underneath my kitchen sink, I paid him $200 and the inspector said it was completely wrong. So I have to pay another $350 to a plumber to come and fix it. I only got refunded for $100 from Anthony even tho I should get a full refund. He will tell you he knows how to fix something even tho he doesn't. He also replaced a vanity in my bathroom, and he didn't anchor the vanity to my wall! The vanity was completely loose and I have a toddler running around in the house! It should have been a common sense to anchor the vanity to the wall. Lastly, he used the old tube from my old vanity with the new vanity. And it starts leaking when I haven't even moved in for a month yet. He said he will ask his friend to come and fix it instead of him drive all the way here because his friend lives closer to me. When I asked him about the vanity not anchoring to the wall, he never replied. That's the customer service he offers. I'll not recommend him to anyone who wants quality work, his rate is cheap but you get what you pay for. read more

Called AM services because rotor rooter plumbing wanted me to literally give them my arm and my leg to replace the bathroom faucet that had some strange issue with leaking out of the base under the vanity. The guy did a very poor job for fence replacement. Only a few months later after the fence replacement, the boards in between showed big gaps with nails pop ups. I collected several quotes for the repair and Anthony was the most responsive to my questions and by far the most reasonably priced. Anthony from Am service has done two projects for my house last week in the different days. Everything went well, very honest price as he quoted on the text message to me. , Very efficient and good work. The first time I come across Am service from Google search. I looked at the good reviews and I think he is the right person for my house projects. I requested the job done on weekend, and Anthony made it. I just amazed Anthony is so good at electricity and worked very quickly. He placed 8 light fixtures and the closet door in just one and half hour. Good job Then I wanted Anthony do the second project. He came in around 8pm, it's kind of dark outside. I just concerned if he can replace the flood lights on front porch and the back yard. He brought in his amazing tool: a LCD magnetic light and stick to the metal door for lighting. Again, Anthony work super quick. He replaced hinges for three wood doors, replaced two smoke alarms, install one carbon monoxide alarm, replaced two flood lights, all finished in just about one hour. We contracted with Anthony since April for repairing wood trims, sliding doors, fencing, and other exterior works. It appeared that they seemed capable of doing the job at the beginning, but turned out their works really lacked of good craftsmanship, but we get what we paid for. However, the main thing that bothers me is they tend to over-promise things they are capable of doing, due to lack of experience and labors. Well, I figured fencing is probably what their expertise is. They gave us a quote since April and agreed to replace the fence for us. We have been calling and texting them since mid-May to get it started, guess what. They stop responding us and keep ignoring our request. I would consider this as a poor customer service and communication skills. Ended up we need to look for someone else to do our fence because of their unresponsiveness. I understand things could get a little messy during these times, but ignoring customer's messages is very unprofessional. Overall, they need to improve their craftsmanship and communication skills with clients if they really want to maintain a long term work relationship with clients and succeed in this career.
