On top of that, EDD paperwork is paid for but still not completed in a timely manner. The entire office feels very unorganized and poorly managed. The cleanliness is also a huge concern. The restroom honestly looks like a truck stop bathroom, and the floors are so dirty it looks like there's carpet when there isn't. Avoid this place! They are thieves and incompetent. I declined and said I wanted to see the doctor. The PA comes in and says 'well based of what you're describing he just has a viral infection nothing we can do.' I KNEW something was wrong so I left and I took my child to another urgent care. By this time he was having trouble getting enough oxygen and all the doctors immediately ran in and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Can you imagine if I would have just taken him home? The doctors at the other urgent care immediately knew he was ill! I would NEVER return to AFC and tell all my family to avoid it at all costs. Aside from that they steal! They charged me way more than they should have for my co payment and when I questioned they got annoyed and got even more annoyed when I asked for a printout of my visit with receipt. I got bill in the mail that shows I never paid copay (good thing I asked for that receipt) in total I was overcharged $465. I called them, left numerous messages and called the billing who only told me that the instructed AFC to return payment. Have they done that? No. Will they ever? No. They just dodge messages and calls. Please please please find someplace else to be seen and if you have no other choice save your receipts.
