When finished, Gabe was so patient explaining how to put the security app on our phones. He then walked us through the many ways to view different cameras, time spans, etc. His partner Jacob was knowledgeable as well. Gabe took extra time to answer a myriad of questions we had. His skill and information was invaluable. Thank you WH Security and especially for sending technicians that "knew their stuff"! Praise to Gabe and Jacob.

Next step: Jake and Mark came over to install the sensors and system. They were quiet, efficient, quick and knowledgable. They were dog friendly too :-). The installation was actually about 30% cheaper than expected, since some parts were not needed. I am very impressed with the coverage offered, plus the dependability of the unit even during power outages. The monthly coverage charge of $51 required a 1 year contract for the installation. My homeowners insurance will provide a 5% discount because I installed fire alarms as well as cold temperature sensors with the system.
