The quality of service was nice - I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he texted me the receipt and provided me with the website for where I can check the status of the live scan. The employees were okay, but the waiting in line was something else. It's almost similar to the lines at DMV. This time around the line moved quicker. I had to talk to an officer on duty about a crime being committed on one of the streets in Oakland. It was one of those breaking into a vehicle and taking a back pack from the back seat. I took a few photos and showed them to the officer. He is aware of the crime, as several other people reported the crime involving the same vehicle - a black VW. I can only speculate that there is an ongoing investigation occurring. He thanked me for reporting it. If you see this vehicle, do not approach and be safe out there.

She then made a phone call to someone who informed her, " I was good to go". She immediately hung up, leaned back in her chair and began scrooling through her phone. I looked at her and asked, "are we through". She said "Yeah" and I left. Customer Service at the end of the day should be a main concern. Scrooling through phones every couple of minutes should be prohibited, especially with customers sitting in office. I live in San Jose and was driving on the 880 freeway and witnessed the driver of the security vehicle get into a road rage incident with a civilian in another vehicle. The driver was sticking his head out of the window screaming GO at the civilian. He then began to drive erratically swerving in and out of lanes almost causing multiple accidents. The security driver then pulled off to the shoulder cutting of the civilian forcing him to come to a stop on the shoulder of the freeway. The security driver got out of his car and began approaching the civilian driver. He was yelling and screaming and throwing his arms wildly in the air! I believed I was going to witness a fight on the side of the roadway. The civilian driver looked very scared and frantically but his car in reverse and was able to get out of there before the security driver approached his vehicle. Very traumatic for me to witness on my morning commute. When I called the security office to report what I witnessed the gentleman who answered the phone said he immediately knew which driver I was talking about and said the situation will be taken care of. Scary to think someone who is supposed to serve and protect is starting road rage fights on the freeway. Think twice before using this company for service.
