We had a very positive experience with the owners and entire team at Always Construction. We gave them a list of projects that needed to be completed on our home, and they helped us prioritize the most critical work: a new silicone roof, new skylights, and a new deck. Our roof had been leaking in several places, especially around the skylights. The previous repairs had been, to put it kindly, creative--duct tape had been used to patch the roof! The sunroom would leak with heavy rain, despite hiring a prior roofing company to patch it... Needless to say, replacing the roof was a significant project. Always Construction completed the work during a period of heavy rain and much faster than we anticipated. The work was thorough, and we feel an enormous sense of relief knowing we no longer have to worry about leaks. They also built us a beautiful Trex deck on our second floor, which we've been enjoying every day since it was completed. The entire team pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work. We were quoted exactly what we ultimately paid, with only a small additional cost because they needed to address the previous poor patchwork on our sunroom, where the duct tape had contributed to significant leaking around old skylights. Thank you, Julian and Jr., and the entire Always Construction team. We truly appreciate the quality and hard work you put into our home! read more

When I discovered a leak in my dining room ceiling just days before a planned Christmas party, I got on my phone at 5:40 in the morning, searching reviews for emergency roof repairs. Since Always Construction services appeared to be outstanding, I left a message; just eight minutes after they opened, I received a call from the owner, Julian, who assured me he would have someone out that day. As it turned out, the eight inches of wet show we received the previous week was causing havoc to my already-in-need-of repair flat roof. Without going into great detail, suffice to say that the existing roof damage was extensive, as two additional rooms also began leaking. Julian's wonderfully capable crews took care of all of installing a new roof, removing all the interior damage, creating new ceilings where needed, and painting everything to perfection. I would highly recommend Julian and his company. They are professionals with the experience and expertise to get the job done to your satisfaction. read more

I needed to have portions of my house painted in a hurry because I was closing on my home in a few weeks. II did a Google search for a contractor, and located Always Construction Services. I called Julian on a Friday night at 7:00pm. He came out the next day, a Saturday, at 8:30am, and the job was finished 3 days later. His crew did an excellent job, were on time, courteous, and hard working. Julian's follow up brings his company to the top of construction companies. I had to call him to clean a small spot of paint on the brick and, later, to help with clarifying the invoice to satisfy the buyer.. He went above just cleaning the small spot and power washed the entire patio. He took time from a busy schedule to come back to the house to add clarification to the invoice. I believe each of his clients are treated as if he works only for them. read more

Julian responded to my initial inquiry about a leak and damage done in a very short period of time. From that time on until work was completed, he stayed in close contact. There were many levels to this repair, including fixing the leak from the deck area, replacing sub flooring, removing and replacing a larger slider door, removing and replacing an upper story deck, and repairing the garage ceiling. His crew took all of this on in a methodical and expert way. The area was kept neat and uncluttered throughout the 7 day procedure. Inside and outside repairs were made to look like new. Anyone not knowing work had been done would not be able to tell upon the completion. The leak is repaired and the damage returned to original or better condition. I am more than pleased and highly recommend the work of Always Construction. read more

Julian and his excellent crew installed new skylights and repaired stucco on the exterior of our house. This was my first experience with hiring a contractor for any type of major home project. I had heard all the horror stories out there of projects gone bad due to unprofessional/unethical contractors, so I was nervous. I am SO GLAD I hired Always Construction Services! Not only did they do an excellent job with the skylight installation and stucco work, but they showed the utmost professionalism! They were *always* on time, *always* worked hard, *always* cleaned up each day, and *always* kept me informed of the next steps along the way. I couldn't be happier and will *always* use Always! :-) read more

I had a great experience working with this construction company. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Every worker I interacted with was knowledgeable and truly cared about doing quality work. They communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right. It's not always easy to find a company where every single person contributes positively, but that was definitely the case here. Overall, they made the entire experience smooth and stress free, and I'm really happy with the final results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hardworking professionals! read more

I've used this company for two projects - a floor joist support issue and a full bathroom remodel. Both of these were carried out very quickly, with skill, and at a reasonable price. Julian Sr. reached out nearly every day to be sure things were progressing the way I wanted them to and Clarence came by repeatedly to check on the crew. Everyone on the crew very kindly answered my questions and worked with me to resolve the typical unexpected issues found in a very old house. I'm very pleased with the results of both projects and highly recommend them. read more
