The brisket, I wish that I had specified that we wanted moist fatty, as I think that we were just given the leaner cut of the meat, but regardless still good! Poblano jack sausage was cheesy and tasty as well! After you order your meat, you order your sides, and I really liked the potato salad and mac. Both were great! Onions, pickles, and bread were all complimentary, and you could get as much as you wanted. I also greatly preferred the spicy bbq sauce than their normal.
