I contacted Dr. Martin's office and was able to get an appointment within 2-days. During my appointment, right away I could tell Dr. Martin, M.D. was a skilled expert. She gave me a prompt diagnosis and thoroughly explained what caused the inflammation and her course of action to take care of it. She carefully injected cortisone around the cyst then gently cut an incision (tiny) to remove the fluid and buildup. The pain decreased immediately and two weeks later the inflammation subsided completely. My follow up appointment included a skin cancer screening that also went exceptionally well. If you are looking for a dermatologist who provides first-rate care then Dr. Martin, M.D. comes highly recommended. She has a great sense of humor to put you at ease and reassure you that you are in good hands.

They billed BCBS $420 for a "surgery". No anesthesia or cutting were performed. No expensive equipment utilized. And yet they feel they have the right to charge $420 for this. That's on top of $466 just to walk in the door for a total billed of $866. The contracted price brings this down to $269 which is still absurd. This is insurance fraud plain and simple. They billed a surgery for something that should not have been charged considering the walk in the door fee. The billing department was totally uninterested in this matter and never returned my calls. If you are interested in being scammed/overcharged and want to contribute to rising insurance costs definitely check out Grekin!

I have been a patient here for 5 months and my skin has not looked this good since high school!!! My last visit they showed me the pictures they took at my first appt and I almost cried, if I hadn't know the pictures were mine I would have thought it was someone else. I really enjoy the products they have me use. I am happy with the quality and cost of the products/prescriptions. I go every 3 weeks to have Janette treat any break outs I may have, and she has taken the time to talk to me every appt to find out if I have any concerns, questions, and even has some samples of different cleansers and moisturizers. I made an appointment in July to purchase a laser package. I made the package purchase. I wasn't treated the same day. The did not ask for an office visit fee. The appointment was on the 15th. 5 months later I am contacted. I have had two treatments, and a balance was never mentioned nor have I received a bill. When calling the office speaking to someone is not an option. It is very difficult to respond to unanswered phone calls, robotic and anonymous text messages sent by a nameless individual. This is so nonprofessional. Then I was texted that if I wanted to speak to someone on the phone, I had to make an appointment. I work as well, and my time is limited. I was sent a coy of a service ledger. I asked did I have to pay for coming to the office and purchasing a package no response. So, it appears that I am being charged an additional office visit fee when I come in for a treatment which is prepaid for. Wasn't the office visit for a 20 min treatment one and the same? This is a first. I have never gone to a dermatologist paid for a treatment and had to pay an additional separate office fee. I was told that they were behind in billing due to the holidays (the 4th of July). The holidays just began. I try to patronize my own and there is always an issue.

Making an appointment is very easy, they have tons of openings and sometimes you can even be seen within the week. Katie is very nice and informative of what is happening. She really listens to your concerns and will provide the best treatment possible. Sometimes they may not work on the first visit but she is always willing to keep trying to provide a solution. While others passed on an issue I was having on my face, she had a hunch something was wrong, cut it off, and sent it to the lab for analysis. It ended up being skin cancer! I trusted that--but saw little improvement. At my follow-up, she walked that back and said the results were only about 10% better. Dr. Ann then said they never should have promised two-year results and offered to "fix" it at half price using filler that was about to expire. That felt unfair given the original promises. When I asked that it be corrected at no cost, I was shrugged off and told to go write a bad review. I left feeling dismissed and upset.
