Dr. Kimbrough is very nice. A family member sees her and I was referred. I do know several…read morepatients who no longer come here because of the excessive wait time. I've only experienced a very late appointment twice. Parking is plentiful and it's located in a center with other doctors. Front desk staff is very transactional. Not overly friendly whether you're the first or last appointment. Dr. Kimbrough is cordial and thorough, but not as thorough as dermatologists I've seen in other states. I can only hope she's doing a good job. As far as surgeries (mole removals, etc.), suture scars are very noticeable. Family member has an enormous scar because they are not plastic surgeons. I would be caution letting this team remove anything.

I have had issues with lab sheets being filled out wrong. Prescriptions being called in wrong and being sent to the wrong place. My most recent issue was with attempting to move an appointment due to some lab results being needed and the office giving me a blank form. I was hung up, called back and left a message that was not returned.. I show up to find out that they canceled my appointment even though there were no other openings. The office staff said unfortunately they already filled the spot but then I find out after waiting 45 minutes to get my prescription they they lied and the doctor was not even at the office yet. This used to be a good practice but the staff is so incapable of the simplest of tasks that I will be finding a new doctor and urge you to look elsewhere as well!!

Dr. Murakawa is knowledgeable, personable and funny to boot. He's an absolute genius in his field,…read morehe graduated from Harvard Medical School and taught at Stanford Medical School-can you get any better than that?? I had a conglomeration of blood vessels on one finger that another physician couldn't seem to get rid of-it kept coming back. Dr. Murakawa removed it surgically and that was that. And, to top it off his prices are very competitive for various procedures. And his staff are top notch. So you have a man at the top of his field, doing great work, being very approachable and personable, easy to schedule and his prices are competitive-why would you go anywhere else for a Dermatologist?

This medical practice is terrible! I wonder if he treats all his patients like this or just the female patients? It is very suspicious how young and pretty ALL the staff are. I only saw 2 women over the age of 30. That speaks volumes! Dr. M barely talked to me before prescribing me medication. He kept trying to leave the room while I was still talking to him. I asked him a question, he shrugged and walked away without answering me! The medication he gave me was very strong and hazardous to take. Dr. M didn't discuss the medications many side effects, many drug interactions (one of which I had), risks of taking the medication (which include cancer!), or handling instruction (you are not suppose to handle the medication with bare hands!). I had serious side effects. He told me to keep taking the medicine because the side effects will go away. After 2 more weeks on the medication I was bedridden and almost hospitalized from side effects. I went to see him about it, the first thing he said was "I don't need to hear about it" because I was just dehydrated. I told him that the Mayo Clinic website says these are symptoms of a severe reaction to the med. He told me "Everything is a side effect" and that it wasn't from the medication. And told me I could do "Whatever I wanted." WHAT?!?! I consulted another specialist. They were shocked and told me to spot talking the medication immediately because I was on the verge of having a heart attack (even though I am young and health). WORST DOCTOR!!

I was made aware of what was being done and how it would be accomplished in a simple and straight forward manner. The techs were both friendly, answered questions and put me at ease. The entire office staff , including registration was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Abrou was kind, considerate of my questions and definitely competent. These are the pros: really liked Dr. Stephanie Diamond. I've been seeing dermatologist for over 30yrs and she was the first one to recommend both sunscreen and lotion that work with my rosacea, and don't cause my skin to itch, dry out, or feel greasy! Thanks Doc! I also appreciated that she gave me a bunch of coupons for new products. Cons: As I was working that day I made an appt. for 7:30a assuming I'd be the first patient there. Nope. I arrived to find at least 4 other people in the waiting room. After waiting more than 30mins I was shown into a room. Chatted w doc for a few minutes before she left to have me answer more medical paperwork questions w an assistant. I had filled out my paperwork online before arriving, but the medical staff wasn't made aware of that, which caused my wait time to be even longer. I did mention to the assistant that I think I accidentally wrote down the wrong amt of mgs for one of my prescriptions and she said I'd have to fix that at the front desk...? Why? She was literally checking my medical history. And I want going to discuss my medicine at the front desk in front of an office full of people. Because of the medical paperwork snafu and the fact that more patients had arrived I waited and waited for the doctor. All told I was there for over an hour. Not a great first impression; will stay w my current derm.
