The office manager has cut their hours and doesn't allow patients to come at times that they used to see people. Not everyone can come in only afternoon hours, they used to have after 5:00 pm appointments but the office manager won't allow it anymore. I have overheard her be quite rude to other patients on the phone while I was waiting and she is VERY rude to the other staff there. If it wasn't for the nurse that works there none of us would come back. It is time they let that office manager go or teach her some manners!
