We had a birthday party here for a family member & the kids loved the trampoline park but the customer service from the workers was terrible. I understand that most of the workers are teenagers but I would hope there was some type of training on how to treat your guests/customers. Not to mention the filth in the bathrooms. The sinks & toilets are disgusting(I have video & pictures to prove it). if the restrooms are this dirty I can only imagine the sanitation process for the trampolines. Its disheartening to think that this is a great family place but yet the management/owners are this careless regarding the customer service and cleanliness of their establishment. I highly recommend if you decide to go here for the day or book a party, you step into the restrooms and report how dirty it is (if it should be). read more

We went several times before COVID and had positive experiences but this one was awful. We went last week at 1pm, spent $85, found there to be no toddler areas. When I asked the manager, Alyssa, about it she was condescending and blew me off. As we had been there less than an hour and the boys were plowed over repeatedly with no help from staff, I asked for a refund so we could leave. Alyssa then laughed in my face and said we don't do refunds. I asked for a corporate number because her rudeness rubbed me the wrong way and she told me I could find the number on their website. She finally gave me a card for the general manager after I asked a second time and just stood and stared. She then refused to look at or speak to me when I asked for her name. We called the corporate number and was told someone would reach out to discuss but we have heard nothing. read more

The inflatables are worn out and deflated. Several aren't useable. Pretty disappointing.

if your looking to have your childs party here I would NOT recommend. especially if you have a big family. we were booked 2-4pm and only really got about 45-hour because they make every person sign a waiver to jump. then we get inside the room and it's super tiny with only 6 tables, we literally had people standing up. I will say that our host was great, she really tried to help where she could. but I would never have a party here again! besides that, it was fine. the party just felt like really rushed. read more

This could be a great place to hang out and have fun, but it's not. It smells terrible, like feces and weed. The employees I don't really have a problem with, besides the lack of cleanliness, it's the other customers. I was here on a Saturday evening and had a horrible experience. There was gum in the sinks with the faucets left on, the entire park smelled like a baby wiped its dirty diaper all over it, other customers butted in line, and last but not least I was called a dirty a** sl*t by an unattended child. It was an interesting experience, all in all just don't go to this trampoline park if you can avoid it. It's extremely trashy. read more

We have been to this location multiple times and it's been ok. I decided to have my daughter's birthday party here recently and the kids loved it. However, as a parent, is way too expensive for what you get. When I booked the party I was told it was Domino's pizza but was very disappointed to be served crappy, thin, tasteless Papa John's pizza. Not at all worth $10 each. The check-in process was very long and a few kids missed the fist half of the party because of the long lines. You guys should have one separate line for party check-ins. I do want to mention our party host, Summer! She was super sweet and very helpful. She did a wonderful job!!!! read more

The waivers are very invasive, and in the long run not worth the e-paper they are written on. If my info is ever leaked or stolen, I will sue the company for all it is worth. It seems expensive when you compare to other venues for an hour's worth of fun. The participants had fun. That's the good news. Others of all ages looked they were having fun, too. I took my grandkids to this place last week. They are from the Dallas/Ft Worth area and have been to trampoline parks there. They fell in love with this one in Lubbock. We went two days in a row. The place is very clean, very well laid out and I can't say enough about the people that work there. They really kept a good eye on everyone and everything going on. My grandsons were whistled down several times for running......good for the staff! The only con I would post is that the music needs to be policed a little better. My 12 year old granddaughter pointed out that the song playing was filled with really bad words. I couldn't understand the words but she could. Not good. All in all the experience was wonderful and we will certainly go back when they are in town. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would, I do not suggest visiting this place unless you are looking for stress. The staff at the registers are rude and take their sweet time to get people checked in, took 30 mins to make it to the front, only to told our waiver expired and we have to do it again, then get back in line, thank goodness we had more than one adult - one went back to fill out waiver while the other got back in line, another 30-45 mins (our kids could have been jumping for an hour at this point) get to the front only to be told all adults needed waivers too, which was never the case before or at any other place we frequent, so at this point I was done, the fact that spectators need a waiver per person should have been told to us from the beginning - it was not. Another 15 mins just to get one kid and one spectator checked in and the kids is finally able to go jump, that was a joke - kids were not following the rules, the safety staff didn't care and just let all the rule breaking go, so now you have kids getting run into, knocked down, trampled over and more...it was unbearably hot inside, the place smelled like it was covered in urine....long story short, it is poorly organized, poorly staffed, and poorly maintained. - do not waste your time nor money here, this place should be closed - permanently. read more

We had a family death right before our party and the managers and staff went above and beyond to make sure my nephew had an amazing birthday. We are so appreciative to everyone there! This place is bad. You need every parent to sign the wavier for each kid. I brought 5 kids with me and they were my son's friends and they needed their parents at work to fill it out for them. Their service is bad too. The secretary literally yelled at us saying you need to do the waiver separately. I made an account on yelp just for how much I hate this place. read more

It's a fun place for the kids and had lots of areas to play in. The disappointing part is the young manager Ricardo that was running the shift. He was short to the guests ahead of us and when we were up next he treated us rudely and was very indifferent. He acted like he could care less if guests had a good time or received good service. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

These people need to get their staff all on one page. The last couple of times we have been there during toddler time they have let my older kids, 10 & 8 get in for the $2.00 price. But then today they charged my older kids regular price. When I have called in the past they have told me that as long as a toddler had a sibling jumping with them they would get in for the discount price. They were rude and didn't seem to care. Congratulations, you guys have successfully made this location the worse possible place to try and have fun. Which let us down because we drove in from Midland JUST TO COME HERE. My wife couldn't even stop to talk to me briefly about my son without a worker rushing over and telling us "one person per trampoline." We weren't even jumping, we were bouncing. You guys take yourselves way too seriously. Then we were approached by a worker about my son's jumping socks... Three weeks prior were at the San Antonio altitude and they ran out of their official logo socks, so they provided us with substitute jumping socks for our 4 year old. After debating and arguing our case, we were told they have different insurance companies (how could this Lead possibly know what insurance company the San Antonio location uses). Anyway, the guy was being completely unreasonable about a 4 year old's socks - so we asked for a refund. We will never go to this location again. read more

We have visited Altitude 4 times in the past. However tonight was different. They place was filthy. There was blood in the sink in the restroom. Nobody was following the rules, kids were being trampled but there were no employees in sight. The 2 employees that were covering the floor were standing next to each other talking and watching the kids that were tumbling. Not once did they turn around to tell kids that didn't have adult supervision, to stop running. I saw at least 3 kids with busted lips. The area where the shoes cubbies are, was littered with wrappers and trash. It was really disgusting. This place is going downhill fast, and it's really disappointing because we really used to enjoy visiting it. read more

My kids had a great time for the birthday party we had there last weekend. However, your party system check in needs to be completely separate from your general public entry. It was absolutely ludicrous that our guests had to wait in long lines and miss one third of the party time just trying to get checked in to the party. And before you say they have to sign waivers ahead of time, well 90% of our guests did...Also, pizza prices and no outside food and drinks for parties is completely ridiculous. We ended up paying over $500 for a two hour party because we had more kids than expected AND you don't even include the sock price in the party!! Completely disappointed in your prices and what you get for the money. It wasn't even a private party and we didn't even order your absurdly priced $13 dominoes pizza that I could have paid $5 for and brought in myself. And you only provide water as the included drinks. Never again will we plan a party with this establishment or recommend your venue for a party. Sorry, but unless those things change, we probably won't even be back to visit on any other day. read more

This place was absolutely horrible! You are only allowed to flip on the TWO tumble tracks! That's right there are like fifty trampolines and you can flip on two. And even worse the workers were rude, uptight, and we're constantly gossiping about the other jumpers. Do not waste your money on this place the experience is horrible and they either need to update their signs, which never said NO FLIPPING, or go away with this horrible rule. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose this. The management here is absolutely horrible. You have way too young of managers working here. I came here with my son the other day, and we walked in to a manager screaming at one of their employees in front of customers which is freaking ridiculous. This is the most unorganized place ever and there are way too many kids jumping at once and it's a safety hazard. My friend's daughter works here and she tells me it's a miserable job because of the way you guys treat your employees. If you want your customers to be happy, you need to make your employees happy too. I am disgusted with the way you guys do business and I will never come back. We had a birthday party for my niece and daughter on a Saturday( a combined party to save money). We had 20 jumpers with 20 adults (this is what I estimated when we booked) We were given two tables in a corner with absolutely no walking space. The birthday party host for the other party was using our counter top space for a cake and had the walk way blocked off with a trash can... we only had 14 jumpers show up and was still charged for the 20 jumpers. 2 different managers said if they adjusted it we would owe them money. $346.35 was our total and that is without any food. A big waste of money!!!! Not only did we get charged for 20 they also made parents pay 9.95 to jump on top of that instead of including them in the 20 count. They would not do anything to make it right. Then we were told that they do not adjust anything after 24 hours of the party, when I originally mentioned all this as we were checking out. Will never do business with them again. On top of the money we paid for the birthday... they were so busy, non of the kids could stay together. There were so many people hurt and sitting on the sides with ice packs. just overall not a safe environment. read more

We were in Lubbock for Tech Family Weekend. We had some extra time so took our younger child to Altitude for what was supposed to be a fun time. The place has an awful smell as you walk in. They had no computers to do the waiver, you had to use your own device and the counter help is horrible at customer service. The little girl who helped us asked 4 times what our name was and argued with me I hadn't done a waiver but finally found it. Then we had to purchase socks in addition to the jumping fee which is outrageous because my child was already wearing socks. We have been to many trampoline parks and no one "requires" you to purchase their socks. Then to walk around and just watch my son and I had to take time out to go back onto our devices and fill out a liability waiver before just walking around. Ridiculous and if you are that worried about being sued why in the world did you open!? read more
