Scheduled about a week in advance and paid a deposit for my son's birthday party and 3 days before our event my son broke his collar bone. I called to see if we could reschedule and the owner? Manager? Whoever runs it could not have been more accommodating. He was extremely kind and did not pressure me to choose a reschedule date, just wished my son well and said to get back with him when we were ready. His kindness and understanding was so appreciated.
