Staff was super friendly and they are fairly priced. Bowled for 2 hours on two lanes and have zero complaints. We all had a blast.

We love bowling here . The lady at the front is so nice . Clean environment. Good food. Decent prices. We will be bowling here more often.

I took grandchildren over as a friend told me that it was such a good place for children learning to bowl. Though it has been there quite a while it was clean, the attendant was helpful, kind & very attentive. I will highly recommend them! read more

This place is actually very underrated and it's great! It's a great place to just go bowl, relax, and just overall have a great time. It's a good place to bring kids. The snack bar is pretty quick a d the bartender was very quick at fixing drinks. This is a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Lots of parking available. This is fun for a family night or a date. They always have deals going on for prices, and even offer a student discount! The staff is usually friendly and helpful, just make sure to check recites because what should have been a charge of $20, was actually a charge of $60, had I not caught this I don't think the cashier would have. They refunded my money but of course it took several days to go through. After a certain hour, they start "cosmic bowling" which is super cool, especially for the kiddos. I took my family here to bowl and literally saw two mice/rats running through the main area. The owners a bit of a deuce too. When i notified him of the issue he brushed me off as if I was lying. Obviously doesn't know customer service. Hope you learn to respect the remaining customers you have left. Anyone thinking about going..don't. read more

Pretty decent bowling alley. They just put new carpet and repainted the walls during the summer of 2014. All of their equipment is fairly new and only has an occasional break down. The only bad things are that the bar is a little over priced and the staff isn't always friendly, but it's a fairly nice and large bowling alley. Be warned though, they have a lot of leagues so from September through April it is pretty hard to get a lane during weekdays. read more

Been 4 months since I have made the house aware of ada accessibility to the lanes problems left sever please have Jimbo call me to discuss this. I called to see if there was a wait time and the man on the phone didn't even let me finish before saying no, when I was saying thank you he just hung up the phone. Just a typical bowling alley. We didn't eat the food, or buy drinks. Our experience was pretty average. They have cute dinosaurs that the little kids can use to roll their ball down the lane. read more

You know, I really like my time spent here. I went twice in two weeks. The first time it was around 6:30 and we wanted to go just before our dinner date. We ended up staying two hours and found out that the bar had some of their nice liquors reduced to only $2.50 a shot! What a bargain. The bartender was super nice and talkative the first time we went. There were league teams there, but still plenty of lanes for others. The second time we went we brought friends and we made sure to be there for cosmic bowling (Friday and Saturday starting at 9pm). The different bartender was a little less nice this time, but maybe since it seemed more busy. It is a shame that you can still smoke inside their 11th pin bar. There thankfully isn't smoking allowed in the actual bowling alley. The price is $12 a person for two hours. That is pretty cheap for some good ole' fun. My favorite place to bowl in town. read more

The bowling was good the one thing that was about to get me in my rage mode was the gutter because everytime I bowled the bowling balls would get stuck and I would have to grab them from the stand deals but then they would get stuck as well. read more

I had fun until are lane broke down at least four times. We called the maintenance people each time and it took them more than ten minutes each time to help us. We decided to leave 35 minutes before our over priced game was bought. $14 a person is unreasonable when things are constantly breaking down. I spoke with the manager who was less than courteous to me and did not care about my complaints. I was really disappointed in the management; however the staff was great. I will never give this place any business or ever recommend it to any friends. Also it is not college student friendly and TTU should never support any events here. read more

Went in this Saturday. I thought the special was a little high at first but after my experience there, it seems well worth it. They have some leagues at night that they make a priority but once they are done, they turn the lights out and music up. My friends ordered a pizza and I think its the best in town hands down. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Overall, my friends and I had a good experience and would recommend calling about when leagues will be on the alleys. read more

They don't accept many different forms of IDs... after having a private conversation with my friend in the bar area, the "owner" or what looked like more a regular who married someone with money approached me very angrily and unprofessionally. LOL. Never going back here, there staff is SO unfriendly and they make you feel guilty for even entering their establishment. There are many places in Lubbock to go bowl, and this place should never enter the list of options. Good people own this place but they made poor decisions in hiring some of these people. For instance the bartender doesn't do anything to keep the bar cleaned. I sat in there off and on all night tonight and not one did he attempt to clean off a table or empty ashtrays. He's honestly the laziest bartender I've seen. He's disrespectful to people when all they want is a drink and it takes him forever to make it cuz he's too busy playing the games they have in there or watching the tv. The older gentleman at the front desk is rude to customers and has no reason to be. In my opinion if you don't want to deal with people don't have a job that requires it. Simple as that. read more

This will be lengthy.... It started at 9am with a phone call. I called to ask a few general questions about the place -- When they usually get busy on a Saturday night and if I should reserve lanes for a slightly bigger party. As The employee was about to answer, my phone started acting up and I did not hear him. After saying "I am sorry - what did you say?" He then responded by yelling into the phone in a very rude manner. I proceeded to say thank you and hung up. Later that night we showed up at SPL and found out that the specials they advertise online are not the same is in-store. It was actually cheaper but when we asked to pay for 3 hours the employee helping us said "we do not offer that. Only Mon-Thurs." All of this was ok so we bought the 2 hrs of bowling. After about an hour of bowling the rest of our party showed up and paid (they got the wristbands after paying) 2 of our members decided to leave and let the employee at the front counter know that they were leaving however the women who just paid (they were a part of our large group) were going to be taking our spots. He said ok and they left. About 5 mins later our lane shutdown. When we asked about our lane the employee proceeded to tell us that he had given the lane away because we had closed out. I understand there must have been miscommunication but then he walked away from the situation and another employee yelled at us to go keep bowling in the lane - that he given it to us and just leave it alone. No customer should be yelled at by any staff member at any business. Especially when the customers are not yelling to begin with. Overall the place is very nice and kept very clean. It is a shame that the staff is very rude. Will not be returning. read more
