Hoping to save someone else the trouble: I had recently purchased the Groupon for this establishment in hopes of bringing my stepchildren for a day over thanksgiving break. The Groupon was only applicable Monday-Thursday, but knowing we would have off school, I was excited to finally get to take them. Cut to today, when I thankfully looked online and called before making the 1.5 hour trek to Lubbock. I have attached a screenshot as well. While the website says fall hours are 1pm-9pm, when I called the machine service said 4pm-9pm. I waited and spoke to a worker at the attached fitness center, and she confirmed they were only going to be open 4pm-9pm. I wouldn't have bought the Groupon had I known they had no "during the day" hours available over the break, but thankfully Groupon refunded me. read more

I am a little disappointed that they've gone to limited playtime here for kids; $20 for three hours, not so great of a deal anymore, but not bad. My 12-year-old loves it though and it's a good way to get him off of the electronics and moving. Staff was pretty friendly and they have a nice comfy leather couch in the men's locker room to chill out on and to get a little peace and quiet. This place is trash! It's in a gym which the gym is awesome looking. Everything here is broken minus the trampolines so glad this was a groupon because 15 dollars per person is robbery. The people that work here in adrenaline city have no regard for children, cursing, having inappropriate conversations, no order or regard for rules. Do not waste your time or money. read more

Place was so ran down it was sad. Dodge balls were all torn up!!! The Ping pong paddles were down to bare wood, every single one. The ping pong table was also broken. The paddles for the air hockey table were all broke again, every single one also the air was barely blowing so the puck wouldn't float we thought is was because of all the grime on it alas it was not it it was the air issue!!!! Two adults and four kids 90 bucks....... pretty sad guess we will be going to the other places next time. This used to be a really great place. Not any more. We took our youth group from church, and bought an all access pass. We were rudely told the kids could only jump on the trampolines or play laser tag after we had purchased arm bands. They have in writing that we were supposed to have access to ALL attractions. There are other great places in Lubbock. I suggest go to one of those. read more

Customer Service, Sucks!!! It took me 30 minutes to check in and there was one person in front of me. There were about 6 or so young people behind the front desk, but they were to concerned in there on personal stories and collecting a pay check than customer service. They were all young, but one older lady I'm thinking she was in charge, she needs to learn to smile and doesn't need to work in a kid friendly environment. Another weird think, I was invited to a birthday party that was paid for, but still had to pay my own way in even though it was paid for, weird! Also I told any employee that would give me any attention that this was my first time here, they should of told me more about the place, but didn't offer any customer service. We have done birthday parties here and they went good, but we brought the kids on a weekday and paid for all day wristbands. They had kids that looked about the age of 16-17 in charge of a huge speaker blaring loud rap music with cuss words. I asked them to turn it down because my ears were ringing. Imagine how this would affect children's ears. I asked them to turn it down that it was hurting my ears. I'm very disappointed in this place and probably will not come back. It just is out of control and run by a bunch of teenagers that blare inappropriate music around young children. No thanks. Oh also the ref was a little jerk and he smells bad. Do not take your children, or allow them to go there. They are ALWAYS short staffed, and the managers there choose to turn the other cheek when issues are brought to them. They do not watch the children closely 1-50 in the trampoline room is unacceptable, and I am certain licensing would have a heart attack if they inspected. They "claim" to be a Christian company and in reality they only care about the money, not the children or customers! Just be aware of you have an issue there they will do nothing!!! read more

Warning! Do not waste your money! These people do not know what they are doing. My son paid for 2 hours yet they gave him a one hour band. We tried to fix it and they told us that it was ok and that he could jump for 2 hours after all. When the hour timer went off they made him stop jumping. He had to sit and wait an hour before we picked him up. He paid with a $20 and they gave him $5 in change. His receipt says $11. 74. What is going on over there!? Where was the manager? My son offered to pay more for the extra hour and they told him it would be $15 more. He only had $10 so he had to sit and wait an hour. Completely in organized! Terrible! The worst 200.00 I have spent on a birthday party. No host, although one did come to cut the cake, and left. The room was suppose to be decorated and with balloons, no balloons and it was so cheaply done, just thrown together! It was not worth it by a long shot, I left feeling robbed and depressed that I just spent that much money on nothing! They don't let you take your own drinks and food you have to buy thru them which costs you 13.00 a pizza or 30.00 for some chicken nuggets I think for 30 of them? That maybe the 50 dollar one. We are currently here and I will NEVER come back. The jumping space is too small and not monitored enough. There is only two basketball jumping areas and the older kids keep running the younger children out. The staff are acting oblivious to the bullying going on. We decided to go to the soccer area and parents decided to bring in toddlers to run around so we had to leave. I would definitely recommend Altitudes any day over this place. The staff there is also a lot friendlier. read more

This was my 2nd time there. It was fun, busy and packed. I understand that this is a gym, and a fun zone, but the customer service was very poor. I watched one supervisor casually stroll around and tell employees what they need to do, because to be honest, they didn't care. They weren't watching for safety, for fairness, nothing! Communication was lacking today, my wife had flip flop on, so she went back to the hotel to get shoes and they still denied her using any of the equipment because her shoes did not have laces. This was never told to us, she did have shoes that covered toes but apparently they weren't good enough, .MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SHOES THAT LACE UP....NO EXCEPTIONS!! They did give us back the money that we paid for her though, that was nice. It was $15 per person. I think a bit much. I will go back if the kids really want to, but it will not be my first choice. They need to have employees be held accountable for visitors safety and also smile and give a damn. read more
