Jake, Chris, and Russell did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom. They are kind, respectful,…read moreand immediately saw ways to improve the space. After discussing options among themselves, they clearly explained the best possibilities for our small bathroom--solutions we hadn't considered. We first met Jake in 2020, when he worked for another company and replaced our home's water pipes. He is experienced with homes that have wells and has extensive plumbing expertise. Now, as a business owner, he and his team exceeded our expectations again. This time, we needed an accessible bathroom for a relative with mobility issues, and Jake, Chris, and Russell delivered excellent, knowledgeable service. Their vision transformed our tiny bathroom into a much safer, modern space. We will continue to call Jake Varnadore for future projects on our aging home because of his reliability and consistency.

UPDATE - October 6, 2026: They Made It Right…read more I originally wrote this review after a very frustrating experience that began with a "free inspection" and ultimately resulted in my AC compressor failing. I had serious concerns and was understandably hesitant about allowing the company back into my home. I want to update my review because Same Day Heating Cooling and Plumbing ultimately stepped up and made things right. After communicating with management and explaining my concerns, they agreed to replace the failed compressor at no charge, including the labor and associated parts covered under their written agreement. They answered my questions, put the details in writing, and worked with me to find a resolution. Most importantly, the compressor replacement has now been completed, and my air conditioning is working again! I specifically requested Jason Wall as the technician, and I am extremely glad I did. Jason was outstanding. He was technically on point, listened carefully to my concerns, explained what he was doing, and had fantastic communication skills. I felt that he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood what was happening. I also want to recognize Curtis and Cheri for working with me throughout the process and ultimately standing behind the decision to replace the compressor at no charge. This situation had a very rocky beginning, and I still believe my original concerns were legitimate. However, I also believe companies deserve credit when they listen, take responsibility for resolving a problem, and follow through--and that is what I experienced in the end. My AC is running, my home is cool again, and I am grateful that Same Day worked with me to reach a positive resolution. A special thank-you to Jason for his professionalism, technical knowledge, patience, and excellent communication. He was exactly the technician I hoped would handle the repair.
