After almost waiting 2 hours an agent named BIANCA was supposed to help me, I told her This T mobile is slow and she got the rudest attitude with me and told me I can go to another store and walk away saying she won't help me, the manager also said since I said it's slow I need to wait longer, she ordered the agents to keep skipping me for the longest. Finally a young black man named Sarkley passed by me and i asked him why I was being skipped and he helped but went to talk to BIANCA first to ask something and he said I will be charged $10 to put a SIM on my phone. It never happened before.T mobile never charged me to for a SIM, I paid it anyway . We give over $300 to T mobile every month for their service but the way I was treated yesterday makes me want to change provider 0/10. I m a faithful client and deserve respect. When I Asked BIANCA for her name she was being smart telling me DO YOU WANT ME TO SPELL IT FOR YOU in a funny way, just childish, unprofessional and childish. BIANCA you are just an employee, this is not your daddy's business. Follow the customer services skills and know that the CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

Rather than explain to me that there no longer is a contract and there are other options for upgrading to a new phone, he seemed to be in a hurry to move on to another customer. I left there totally confused. After leaving the Lancaster store discouraged, I decided to not give up and drive to the Verizon location in Cedar Hill, Texas. There I met Juan. He took the time to explain my current status and options for upgrading. I ended up trading my old phone and walking out with a new iPhone 7. Juan said that the Lancaster, Texas store is an authorized reseller and not a company store.
