Fix To Go's recent Yelp reviews were very good! So we quickly changed plans with AAA, and called ahead, explaining to Manager Bacardi the situation. He was straightforward with us, agreed with me on my guess (it was the starter), and gave us an accurate quote. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! Soon we were confidently back on the road with new starter and brake pads. We are so thankful to the team at Fix To Go Auto Care Center for being honest and skillful mechanics in our time of need.

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

Even if you just came in for an estimate, but never had it repaired. Simply walk in and get a CARFAX damage report over a Minor Dent. I discovered a small dent on my car that occurred while it was parked. I went to Shalom auto body for a repair estimate. The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

Owner took multiple pictures of the car, the VIN number, year, make, model and more. He also asked for my physical address to keep on his records, not my email address. I'm not sure what else this guy wanted. To this date, he never provided an estimate. Original: Wasted my time and never provided an estimate. I arrived to get a quick estimate for a simple repair. All they did was taking a bunch of pictures, asking questions, requested my information, and lastly asked me to step into the office and fill out paperwork. I didn't have time to fill out paperwork. I also don't understand why he would need information such as my address before he was even hired. I left my name and phone number and the guy said he will text an estimate shortly. He never did. A few days later I went to a different shop. They gave me a price right away. Just a simple quote for a simple repair.
