He measured 1 and suggested he'd take the same length off the second pair. The 2 pants aren't even close to the same length now. I took the pants back and he IMMEDIATELY accused me of washing them and shrinking them on my own. I have not washed the pants since purchasing. He was DEFENSIVE, RUDE AND ACCUSATORY. I told him I have never been spoken to in that manner as a customer anywhere and he responded "you're treating yourself that way". I was nothing but polite and soft spoken with him. If you enjoy a quality experience without being accused of destroying your own brand new clothe do not use him.

After they altered the bosom area, there was a two inch gap between the zipper sides. Once zipped, the top created back cleavage at her spine and compressed my daughter's chest and rib cage, making it difficult for her to breathe. The seamstress tried to convince me this was normal, which made no sense. There were two sections of cut material from the bodice in the garment bag. It was obvious too much fabric had been cut away, which explained how this dress had suddenly become a size smaller. It would have been better customer relations if someone admitted what had happened. They made the dress wearable again with other alterations.
